It would be nice if fellow-pipsters who were successful in getting their refunds, come on the forum and give us some thoughts on how we can proceed. We need lots of ideas. They were in our shoes not long ago, so if you are one of them, we would love to hear from you, also to celebrate with you for your success. We all could use some encouragement about now. I think this will also assist YB in his kind endeavors to help all of us. Hoping to hear from you all!

Hello Pipster. Nice to see so many of you back. I had a small talk with yogibrood, and we will make a last attempt to reclaim our lost money. Naturally after the cours of years thousands of pipsters wont be able to join us for a reclaim, but those of you present now, will atleast be able to make an combined attempt with ROLCLUB. We will at this stage like to make sure who wish to join us in this attempt. Even i missed the first attempt of reclaiming the funds, so i am with you all the way. Bring along all those you know lost funds in pips, and in some time we will lay down a final plan of how to recover our funds from pips.

I will with yogibrood discuss this matter closer over the days ahead, and present a plan. If your seriuos about getting the funds back, please respond to the first email in this thread by yogibrood as asked and look for your papers/proof of investments in PIPSINC for now.

    regards
    admin

I had all but given up on PIPS even though I was one of the early members. I remember getting the withdrawal cards and becoming a merchant. While PIPS was going, I enjoyed every minute of it and stayed active in the forums. I stayed in contact with what was going on for a couple of years and then gave up but my entrepreneurial spirit brought me back to the forums to see what was going on.

Just sent you a PM and email Yogi. I would like to be part of the new claim process.

Edit: Welcome back Paul. yes, its a positive step to return and most importantly with this next attempt, is staying interactive with everyone in any way possible is only going to add your position into a strengthened one esp. at the later stages. The more members can exchange with you, the better you are accepted and vice-versa and I want ALL of you to be active to gain respect and feel / build a sense of togetherness to have this succeed. - YB.

    Hi YogiBrood,

Thank you for this interesting update. My name is Jeff Trimmer and I was a PIPs member beginning in 2005. My username at that time was jeffann45. Before this message came out I had read earlier posts about the issue being settled, and everyone else had "missed the boat". It was at that time, that I decided to cancel out of the whole program/website, so I requested my membership be terminated and my profile deleted.

You can imagine my surprise when I received the recent updates from you regarding this issue, now possibly to include those who could not be a part of the previous action. Up front, I have been unemployed since June 2010 and have been receiving unemployment payments since then (though that will run out on June 25th 2011). I am still searching for work, but I don't have the income from a job just yet. With that said, financial inputs from me are not possible at this time. But if there's something else I could contribute I'd be interested to know about it. Thanks for taking the time to review my possible involvement in this issue.

    Sincerely,
    Jeff T.

Edit: hi Jeff and welcome back. I'm sorry to note of your current disposition. Nonetheless, we will address a somewhat different approach but backed by previous implementations that proved secure & effective however, the new direction is to help others that missed the boat to now come on board & get a 2nd chance for this next attempt. I hope you too will get to maximize on this and be granted back on your lost monies from a disillusioned scheme that was a PONZI poised to deceive everyone from the very launch by BM. - YB.

    Default What is required ????

    Hi.
I wondered if you could set out clearly, and simply what is required for us to submit a claim for the recovery of invested funds with the PIPS debacle.
I live in Australia so am not in a position to attend any local meetings or talk to any overseas lawyers etc.
I did invest a considerable amount in this now defunct program and would like to think there is some chance of recovering this money.
Unfortunately, all my records are located at my home in Melbourne, and I will be away from home for some time so will not be able to provide any details until I return in 12 months.
In the meantime, I would like to think that there is some chance of a refund of the funds.
Please keep me in the loop.
    Regards.
    Robin Reed.

Edit: Hi Robin, good to have you back on the forum. What you also need to take note is that you eventually will have those "proof" of your records be presented and when that day arrives, your part to submit is left to you and your undertakings that will place you in consideration with the rest, one way or the other, by hook or by crook in having them presented. For now, the main concern we shall address is build up a consensus and strategy and that is the initial stage(s) which is worked on and based again, on how I see everyone actively participating on this next attempt.

So, the more you display your active interaction with the membership in this forum, the more it will serve YOU at large in the long run and that's what this new strategy is all about and time is needed as this is NOT to be expected to play out in a Malaysian Court for all the signs I can envisage thus far.

Stay in the loop, NOT me but you. Cheers. - YB.

    YB
does this mean those of us who paid real money to those with virtual money don't have a chance? :(

Edit: This is a sticky issue you faced and 2B honest about it, any proof that you can muster and/or show, where your monies have landed with institutions or registered operations, will place you favorably with a claim that the Lawyers and the Court can focus on.

But if a a case is drawn up and it gets presented in Australia for example, and you have your money vested with an individual in Australia and you too are in the same country, that will pose a hurdle for YOU, not for the rest who have proof of transaction(s) made and it is elsewhere where access on all the files that can be obtained is made available to the presiding Court.

If it is to be held in the Australia, the likelihood is favorable but then, the obvious will also take precedence which is, you have a case with the chap or persons that received YOUR monies... that has to be dealt first & foremost and will be viewed as a separate situation for sure.

    - YB.

it is good to see that there might be light at the end of this (very long) tunnel.
i have lost a significant amount (to me) of money to PIPS, and - needless to say - would be glad to see (some of) it back.

my 2 cents' worth (all i am left with is 2 cents!) : assuming that there are a lot of ex-PIPSters who, like myself, are not in a position to make a significant monetary contribution to this cause, would it be feasible to talk to lawyers who may be willing to take on the case, agreeing to take a percentage of the monies they manage to revive?

Thanks, YB, for keeping us in the loop and yes i would like to be counted in.
Have read through some of the posts, but am still a bit confused as to what it is that you, YB, want us to send you at this stage? Just acknowledgement and willingness to participate?

    Regards,
    Kamran A.

Edit: At this juncture, lets take the steps one at a time as I personally would not want to repeat what past steps were not helpful or compliant to ease the participation on this next attempt. We want success again and we need to thread prudently and serving ALL to the last without leaving anyone down & rejected or disappointed for whatever reasons there are but for now, don't worry too much on the money or contribution issues.

I have not made it a condition this time. Lets first prepare YOUR status and help you better with others on this next attempt to have it be recognized & approve by the right Court presiding the decision.

Yes, that is a good suggestion you raised and venture on that prospect by your side to see its feasibility from their vantage perspective. Get an input from them to start with, based on what you have so far observed and learned and with what we are now reviving on this next attempt, make sure they understood you well and the goals we are seeking. PM me what you gather but no facts or personal details should be provided as yet, that includes yours as well until I can consider it being an optimistic potential for consideration to have them as a viable option as alternative to others who may also seek a similar path from where they are in other regions. - YB.

I want to part of this effort. For some reason I was dropped off the last group and I want to try again.
Like many I do not have a lot of money to chase the money I already lost. However, I am willing and able to assist in whatever way I can.

Edit: Welcome back and I'm sorry that you last had to leave for the reasons only you knew well & befitting. Your return is significant and I will also want to bring down the figures on $$$ as best as possible so MANY more has this opportunity to have their attempt turn fruitful this time round. - YB.
