Why did I think 2% a day compounding sounded good......... banks offer 6.25 per year

Remember that PIPS is charge for Money Laundering and
itīs account is frozen, so the money is still there. The thing they did wrong was not to demand
identification documents and source of founds documents of member when joining. After the trial against them is over, probably in December, there are a lot of money that should go back to itīs right full owner.

I want to extend my thanks to all who are trying in concert to bring any and all news to PIPS members . I want to support the effort to defray costs associated with this trial. Is there anyway to arrange another medium that a member can use to in order to make contributions besides what has been documented in the past. Can we send M.O. to any post office mail box; or for that matter to someone's personal address. Provided these monies end up in the proper hands; I think you will see other members follow.

Yes you can, that should not be a problem either. we had considered this option from the very early stages and if you insist, we cannot stop you however, I shall consult again with our Anchor man, who I believe, is the person who deserves any direct receiving, to reach him instead.

I shall first discuss this with Marek and thereafter, if it is still possible as an alternative option, Batty would have to decide if he is also willing to receive directly.

LynnRe, stop rambling and answer the questions :)
PI was a matrix programme so the mathematics follow the standard payout per level.
So, we have BM paying out to the 2% investors from his illegal gains?
Why would he do that I wonder.
PIPs was not even an idea at that time.
Why " invent" an additional programme to the clone system when there is no gain but a loss if this was the birth of a scam?

Where do you get $850 from?
But we are not discussing the PI programme where some members withdrew Ģ1000+ per month.
We are looking at the fundamental birth of the 2% programme and how members who made an initial investment in that June of 2003 made their money.
Sorry, it was from BMs pocket since he was such a generous person.
    Proof?
Did,nt he pay for the first convention?
Payments were going out ok, and we could book our ticket with worthless picpay, so BM must have picked up the tab himself. Very generous I must say since everything required a sold ticket before we even left the homeland.
Very funny actions for a conman.
Something went wrong after this period, as yet, we have no idea.
No good producing people ""after the event"", as we have seen in previous discussions. No actually whistler blowers during enemy actions, so I have to doubt anything said by these people.
Which leaves you with....nothing but theories.
Show me where that initial 2% failed to be what it was said to be, and I might believe some of them ;)

    Have a good un

Tell you what paddy, why don't you, and anyone else for that matter who believes this, show me the 2% per day trading program that BM was using. You say that people received payouts, then show the statements that BM provided showing where these funds came from. You can black out all personal information of the person, but please post the statement or statements proving their was a 2% trading program at any time. Makes no difference if it was GW, PI or PIPS. By the way, the $850 was the fee for "investing" with GW that morphed into PI and then PIPS.

When I was seeking information, good or bad, on Pips, although I received a torrent of abuse on the forums, I received not one, repeat one, message from one of those who allegedly had withdrawn thousands on a regular basis or even had managed to withdraw anything at all. But I did receive many from those who, although they had been in from Golden Womb days, had received zero.
Now most certainly many did receive some payments, after all it is the modus operandi of all Ponzis, but the fiction that these profits came from a magical 2% per day investment is just a figment of the imagination.

Well it is going to be moot anyway. Marek you had better brace yourself because this forum does not have much longer to exist. Why? Well, because chicosan said so. Now we all know what a sage investor chicosan is, as he has regaled us with his long list of successes, well at least for him but not many others. So anything chicosan says has to be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

But back to the point. Here is what he had to say, and I quote: "The return of PIPS INC in one form or another after the Marsdens are finally released will result in the demise of both the Talkgold and the Rolclub forums."

There you have it. The definitive answer. So all you PIPSters get ready to roll in the dough because chicosan has "ensured" it for all of you. Uh, I realize this is a long shot since chicosan has declared they will be released, if they are found guilty, does this mean that chicosan will make good all PIPSters withdrawals? Just wondering.

paddy: Just an after thought for you. For over 2 years I have done nothing but quote BM and the material of PIPS. Not once, zilch, nada, nil, zero has anyone who supported PIPS ever produced anything proving any of the "investments" BM said he was doing were done. Not once, zero, zilch, nada, nil have any of you supporters ever proved anything I quoted BM as saying was the truth. The only exceptions were investments in the Bistro, Coffee House and Fashion House, but they weren't owned by PIPS. That's it. No listing of all those retirement villas/time-shares, no listing of all those commercial properties being bought at discount and sold at a profit, not one island purchased, nor any of the 50 properties per month being bought, etc., etc..

Yet, I am the one who is supposed to "prove" everything. What about some of you supporters "proving" just one thing for a change? I am not the one who "took" your money. I am not the one who "owes" you money. I am not the one who "claimed" I was investing it. Somehow it is my fault none of you ever asked these questions or challenged BM before investing.

So before I have to "prove" anything else, why don't you "prove" there was a 2% trading program. Just post the statement(s) showing the payouts and from what program these payouts were made. After all, it was real wasn't it?
