Thanks very much for the update.

If I offended anybody with my forthright opinions, I am sorry. Pips was to me a small gamble which I lost.
Nobody was being paid by the Marsdens from investment, it was all from new payments being put into the scheme..it was a Ponzi, do not kid yourself it was anything else.
The reaction you see on this site and others dedicated to 'Pips' are the tip of the iceberg there are many, many thousands of people caught in this scam who have never reacted by putting their thoughts on a website.
To the person who asked if I was sure they (Marsden's) are guilty, of course I am! nobody else was running pip's apart from a few sycophants who hung on every word (lie) that they uttered.
Sure I moved on and put it down to being stupid on my behalf, but it's no different from having your house burgled or your car stolen, if the offender is caught you want them brought to justice, thats the fair way and the way honest people think.
The Marsden's were caught with their hands in the till and the money in the till belonged to us, lets hope we see justice.

Thanks for the update.

It is a year already? That frozen money is surely making someone some interest in that bank, don't you think? So who is really benefiting from the delay? Not us or the Marsdens. There are nefarious creatures lurking in the background like an old B&W film noire....is that Robert Mitchem in shadows smoking a Pall Mall? Their tears are for their hopeless situation. They know well how the background works in that country, better than any of us do who are foreign to that local gov. After all, the Marsdens were rubbing elbows with them when their PIP Scam was working in the their favor. Now they are in the slammer and the loot is still in the bank making some more money for the bank.

Just another day in paradise. Business as usual. Eventually, the court delays will take its toll on Sharon. She may end up having a real breakdown. People die in jail out of sheer dispair every day. I believe her words. So, is the delay really in their favor or is that also a set-up in disguise? I do not believe we will ever get a dime back. That is not anyones real intention. The trial is to set the record straight on naming the Scam and the "victims" The money is the property of the bank and the forces that hold that background together. If they are convicted or fined or both, is a detail and the Marsdens are just pawns on the big chessboard.

Where there is money, there is greed. Today, the Marsdens would just rather be free. All that money made them 2 caged hamsters and their world is narrowed into a 3 X5 cell.

So guys, go outside and sit in the sun, walk the dog, kiss that baby, hug your kids and wife and husband. It is good to be free, isn't it?

I still loved when PIPS was running and had a great time. After all, how would all of us met if PIPS never happened?

Just always remember that for every one of us, life is sacred. If that is our true intention, then our individual lives will shine. So shine on PIPSters.

Unfortunately there are many hate posts here. "pond life", "rot in hell". There are those that will not call them "hate" posts. Use any term, the feeling expressed is the same. Even when they contain words which we consider factual, they are not uplifting. Karma is not vindictive or forgiving. Whatever ANYONE does comes back to him. So do the ugly thoughts we employ. I do not like to think about all of the bad things that my fellow posters are heaping on their heads. Of course Bryan and Sharon will also be the beneficiaries of their own acts, whether good or bad, whether we want them to or not.

It matters to me is that I should not incure any more negative karma by engaging in acts, words or deeds that will return to me. I wish everyone well. I know that what I wish has no bearing on what they incur. That is determined by their karma. Those with no God will continue to hate. Those who are true to the thoughts taught by various religions of the world, will continue to forgive and move on. That is life.
