I feel your frustrations, and I assure you, you are not alone, but the reality is what it is. We have all been conditioned to be patient, have we not? Well, that is all we can do other than diversify, which most are already doing, if not before PIPS pooped out.

Here is the best advice I could offer, look at PIPS as a lottery ticket, or should we say PIPSAID ticket. OK, the only differency here is this is an annual lottery, so maybe in the next year you will be a winner, but in the mean time, forget about it. (g)

Gambling is fun if you always win, and this is how life is, if we lose on this deal, then move to the next. If you quit looking, then PIPS has beaten you into being poor for the rest of your life. If PIPS comes back, then great, you hit the lottery.

If there was any fraus commited it was by some of the members against PicPay (which is like against other members). THe fraud was from bogus CC and bogus Merchants, Bryan was overwelmed trying to stop the fraud, if you remembered moving from one CC provider to many others to get better checks done to stop chargebacks etc. THen there was the open exchange of Picpay ( which he kept asking members not to do). THen when he had to finally close this down then there were the Bogus Merchants (boasting how smart they were because they were getting the money out of Picpay). WIth all these going on and the bogus Picpay in the system how could we even expect that Bryan could concentrate on being able to pay all the Withdrawals-- which themseleves became a problem (payment platforms trying to take advantage of PiPS and members (platforms that moving money to them would definately end up with the money being frozen)(banks that let everything get setup-even to IT completing new interface programs, and then after the money was deposited, refusing to send out the wires))).

These are really not the normal type of problems that companies usually face. I used to hear members beign all hyped up stating that Bryan was " thinking outside the box"or " PIPS is outside the box" well as we can see the problems are also outside the box and now we have BoM (BM) who is thinking insidt the box making a ruling on PIPS -- which we have all defined as "outside the box".Now you really cannot expect to get any real update until either these people begin thinking outside the box in order that they might understand PIPS-- or Bryan is able to set up a payment processor that will operate inside the box and they will all understand and shake their heads in unson and sy " that's is we will go with that". This can also bring an end to the investigation.

I would not even begin to be able to say which of the above will be the deciding factor - but let's all hope that it happens as soon as possible -- until then we should leave the Bank and investigators alone to scratch their heads and try to figure out what is going on with PIPS so that they can do their investigation of PicPay.

I want things to work out that's why I'm sitting back and waiting. If it works out, super! If it doesn't I'll learn from it and move on. A person who is out to defraud thousands of people would not have been as "high-profiled" as BM has been; period. You don't hold conventions; you don't personally meet so many people; you don't spend the monies you're "swindling" on everyone knowing you personally. For this reasoning alone, I believe things will work out. Another reason, is that the penaltly for Fraud in Malaysia is DEATH. Any con artist with half a brain, let alone BM with his enormous business sense, would risk committing fraud in a place with the death penalty; it is lunacy to believe that he'd take such a chance.

Sit back, shut up, and relax...It's still be best advice.
