1. PicPay is registered in Malaysia - therefore comes under Malaysian laws/regulations.
2. PIPS Inc - registered in Panama, therefore Malaysian jurisdiction doesn't apply and any funds cannot be frozen.
I understand all the investment vehicles are linked to PIPS Inc. therefore all the PIPS investments should still be earning interest/returns?

Regardless as to where you are from or your company, If you are suspected of doing something wrong in another country you can be retained or jailed and monies any where in the world can be frozen. Just ask these terriost groups.
