If PIPS had no business in Malaysia (Panama jurisdiction), why did BoN remove the PIPS servers?...and if IT-dept. had backup's done on a daily basis, why did not BoN take the backup's only?....hmmmm

Picpay is registered in Malaysia.

There's no way the accounts could be getting money right now .. for that to happen they have to actually work on getting the money. But come on .. bryan haven't had any money to pay us the last 9 months .. its simply not possible to earn 2% every day. lets say there's 30 billion in pips .. that's 300.000.000.000 dollars every day they would have to earn ... and that money grows aswell .. do the math .. it would only have been possible if bryan had the staff to do this .. its done in many banks over the world .. but they do also have about 100 ppl doing this .. It was a good idea from the start .. it just reached the limit pretty fast for Bryans team.

you have a good point there Guldy, but you have to remember that every account is allso repaying the last 6. months investments. But i understand what you are saying...:)

Yea~! Let's stay possitive~! DOn't know if we our investment is collecting ROL now or not but that's not our priority. Our priority is for PIPS to survive and come back online!!

This is a very interesting point. Remember that picpay is the issue Not pips. At the back of BoN minds will be that if they go against Bryan, he could relocate the entire operation outside Malaysia & proceed with the PIPS restructure come what may. PIPS carries on, but Malaysia loses a major investor in a key developmant area (Nilai).

Agreed. Picpay is only a payment processing platform registered in Malaysia. BON will not dare to apply too much pressure on BM. There is too much at stake in terms of investments - the restaurants, the fashion house etc..a lot of goodwill that has been built and cultivated with the royalties etc..

As it stands, the new "picpay" could be/is PSKfinance, registered in Cambodia(?)..What is there to stop BM to take the entire setup out to another country hungry enough for his investments.

It's not a big deal if we haven't had Rol for last few weeks as long as we're back up and stronger than ever. Long term comes first.

I know it sound totally unbelievable but I have good news for you.

You're wrong on this! 2% is a more than possible, even with those high numbers, it is actually a joke and you don't need 100s of people. Only 1 trader and a computer or 2 well connected to the internet. Money can be multiplied indefinitely, there's more money than air, but the banks won't reveal how much they are actually making with your money!

I'm a forex trader and I took my hard time to accept that this was actually possible... I mean... just think about the implications! We could get Etiopia out of debt in about 160 years. Or with the right strategy become Quintillionaires in a bit more than a couple of years!

As regarding the ROL... if anyone still has a copy of the contract we accepted... it's all in there!
In a nutshell... If PI*S stays, it is bound to pay us. If it fails, we could lose our returns but the original sum is backed up.
