Somewher tonight, I think it was on the Oz-forum, I read someone stating that BoN had established that PIPS had been using some traders. I hope that this is true. Assuming it is true, then our loan does not grow simply because of the tabulation in our PIPS accounts. It grows because these traders have been investing money, making profit, taking that profit and capital and reinvesting it. Hence, we get 2% per day and the money is working for PIPS. If it were simply in a vault in Malaysia or Panama or anywhere else in the world, it would not and could not earn 2%.
So, as long as BM has not stopped any trading from continuing somewher in the world, then the ROL should still be going on, but we just cannot see the result.
The downside track on this, is that since there is no functioning PIPS managment at the moment, how does anyone know that the traders are still doing their job in the same 'controlled risk' environment that was advertised on the entry screen to the PIPS website? Lets hope their management is honest and secure contracts exist between them and PIPSINC.
