Someone "new" should take over the company Bryan built? From your insinuance, why would someone "new" want to do this?

It seems you have already made up your mind that PIPS is dead so why would anyone "in their right mind" want to takeover something that's dead?

from where have you heard that Bryan is still around, and has not given up? Maybe someone new is taking over?

You obviously don't know Bryan. He will never 'give up' . Outside influences may force him to hand over to someone else to run but until that time, it is his baby and he will guard it with his life. Of that I am sure.

Hi Ann,

I don't know Bryan, and I am obviously guided by your knowledge of him, but I still don't know if he is still involved. I agree with you about his 'baby', and with the enormous sums of money involved it would be very difficult to just fade away into the past.

I am just a little concerned that if Bryan is the honourable man that you say he is, and I am prepared to accept what you say, why doesn't he just pop into a local internet cafe and email this or any forum to update his lenders on the latest position?

How long did it take you to reply to my post ? A couple of minutes ?

And as for my last point - I have idea who will be running the company on its return, it just appears from all of the speculation that Bryan may have to work hand in hand with the Bank, at least for the short term.

Come on, let's not all fall out over this, it should make us stronger and determined that as a team this program will succeed. It is just the form that it might take that's in question.

I find it simply APPALLING that you and nonegiven have the attitudes toward Jerry that you do. HE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG..........Bryan however is a different story. ALL OF OUR ANGER NEEDS TO BE DIRECTED TOWARD BRYAN!! I agree with Jerry, my purpose in life was not to "give" my money to Bryan and Sharon so they could build numerous resaurants and pad their pockets. IT JUST ISNT MY PURPOSE......if it is yours, yee haw for you,dont twist your arm patting yourself on the back!

Unfortunately for us Bryan has never been good at communicating. Apart from that, I believe that he has said that he will be in touch with us when he has something positive to tell us. That is certainly his style.

There may also be a 'gag order' on him. Putting anything in writing could be risky for him.

It did not sound right to mistreat the hired help for something they have no control over. They do no run the company or make the decisions. The waiter was hired to do one thing. Wait on tables. Not answer question concerning what is going on in the Company structure. How would you think that they have any knowledge of what is going on. Oh, please. He was out of line and I commented on it. I didn't deny him food or water for five days - to me, that's more in line with the definition of appalling.

And he is not the freaking second coming of Christ either. He didn't comport himself as a gentleman over there, and that was unacceptable, as he found out.

And as long as I'm posting, Jerry - I read your post word-for-word before I responded the first time. My analysis stands.
