    Hi Jerry,
I am sorry for what happened to your trip... I just couldn't hold back my self from posting cause i have questons on my mind. Reading from your post it seems to me that you don't know whats going on with PIPS for the last 1 month or so?? Haven't you read my friend that the offices were close since 1st or 2nd week of August for the Audit of Bank Negara?? Judging from what i read on your post this is a case of non communication or for that matter non information on your part. Cause unless you have been on the forum and track down all of what's going on i doubt you will take that trip to Nilai knowing fully well that you'll find no one in their offices...these are just my thoughts my friend...
    I wish you well :)

    Jerry,
Sure, people can understand that you were disappointed, and with you wife, I'm sure you wanted to show her how great things were.

As almost all have said, sadly this was the most imperfect timing possible.

Bryan is at the bank fighting for you, for me, for all of us to continue PIPS. There are priorities in business and unfortunately, for Bryan and for you, you weren't on the top of the list that day. Your account was. In my view, that is where his focus should have been.

I'm not trying to be critical, but there are members that are trying to take control of Bryan's business, certainly it sounded as if you demanded to see Bryan. How would you expect employees to react? Not knowing if you were friend or foe?

I'm sorry for your experience, but if any one of us were under the stress that Bryan is under, as well as how time consumming I'm sure the bank investigation is, how would you or anyone think that he could have anything else on his mind at this time. His wife, Sharon probably hasn't talked to him in days, because he's exhausted when he arrives home. My guess.

You sound like you are trying to take positive steps to improve your life, that's great as we all should be positive. Though I hope you will review this situaion, your experience there and realize that you had unrealistic expectations, to say the least. I would hope you would reconsider your views about Bryan and blame the situation, because that was the problem.

Another thing to keep in mind, even if Bryan had been at the office, he's short staffed, and has a reorganization and payment platform to work on, given your account, and perhaps pending withdrawl, would you expect him being short staffed, and pressed from every direction, to stop to have lunch with members visiting?

These are NOT normal times, and I'm sure if your timing had been a little better you would have gotten to have a conversation and felt a lot better having met Bryan. Again, I would ask you, as someone else has done, if you were in his shoes, what would have been your focus? :)

Gladly you got a fine vacation. We're happy to hear that.

Bryan in one of his messages to a PIPS member asked that anyone planning to visit Malaysia at this time for the purpose of visiting PIPS offices cancelled his trip so that he would not waste money.

I certainly would of stood outside that bank and waited for him to walk out the door if I traveled 6000 miles to see a man or however far it was. I would of made it my goal to see him just to ease my mind that things are getting done. You gave up way to easy, a trip for nothing basicly.

    tr777,
Having no idea where the bank meetings might be held, they may not have room in their regular building and they could be in a totally different office space in a different location. It wouldn't be worth wasting a whole day of vacation standing in front of a building that Bryan might never walk out of. Aside from that it would be rude and unacceptable behavior to disturb someone in such pressing circumstances. It might be considered stocking someone, as well?

I'm making excellent money at what I'm doing. That does not affect my perception of Bryan and what he's doing and what he's going through and what the outcome will be. I don't honestly care that you had a crap visit and nobody asked how high when you said jump. What I do NOT appreciate is you trying to make a big hairy deal out of it. "He didn't, and therefore".

I think you've strapped a huge, ugly, negative conclusion on this situation, apropos of nothing.

Yes, I remember reading that too.

Sad to see that you didn't visit the forum here before you made your plans but you will want to keep in touch to know what's going on...

We need to understand the lack of professionalism from Bryan and the PIPS staff is disgraceful. When we signed up for PIPS we gave them our address, email address and phone number. PIPS on paper is a BIllion dollar company and some say multi-billion dollar company but we all think that Bryan does everything. Bryan's in a meeting, Bryan's out of town. Most Billion dollar companies don't run with one person doing eveything.

Please don't state the servers were taken so we can't send a update. I get a monthly update from Edward Jones and Janus every month. I also get email updates from both companies. You would think a letter from PIPS explaining the situation would have been in order. I also get a laugh when I heard the staff was layed off until this matter gets resolved. If were actually making the kind of money we think we are then paying a staff of 30-50 people would be noise on the grand scale. If we can't keep the staff employeed makes we worry the money isn't there.

The even bigger problem is even when we could access the PIPS URL we still couldn't do withdraws, this has been going on for 9 months. Correction, we could do withdraws however we never recieved the money or the merchants didn't recieve the money. So the big question is where has all the money gone??

If withdraws were working right up to the investigation then I think we would all say hey, lets get through this and move on to bigger and better things. Since nothing was working before the investigation it makes it hard to believe it will anytime soon.

I loaned some extra money into this opportunity, 10K and I hope to get my initial invest back. It doesn't look good but I guess we will find out some day.

    Camero,
It has been said that UK forum has good information that BoN has approved PIPS. Now why on earth would they approve the company paying 2% if there were no money?

It doesn't make one bit of sense.
    It isn't even logical.

Like saying a restaurant is an approved business, but they have no food.

Relax! You will get your money back!

    And,
Wayne, you are using up band width!
