I think the law in that country are going about it all wrong. It seems they have no rights. And locking up our money for this long is totally unfair. If they already said bryan is guilty why not start refunding us all. I hope bryan and his wife get out and get a chance to live a free life.

My take (for what it's worth) is as follows:

Bryan assured us that Pips did not conduct business in any Country before
obtaining a proper license, so I would have to question why Bryan made such a statement to us.

You could probably insert the words "real good" between the words "a" and
"scammer", then I think it might explain why he is where he is today.

If they already said bryan is guilty why not start refunding us all.
"They", as far as the trial goes, have not "yet" said that Bryan is guilty.
As far as refunds go....Are you a citizen of Malaysia? If not, and if you
really want to seek a refund, you will probably have to take that one up
with your local authorities. If I'm not mistaken, Malaysia is only concerned with Malaysian "investors" at this time.

There was not enough left in the Pips accounts to pay for a parking ticket - even with your money!

BM did have a Reg. license when he submitted the necessary documents pertaining to his credentials to qualify opening and locating an Office to conduct business. Which specialized business that may be??? That's the question.

However, there are more applications needed when one specifies a field that is again govern by separate recognition which is usually accompanied by licenses obtained / issued, only when the name of that person has qualified for it.

BM in particular, MAY NOT and more than likely, NEVER HAD...those Financial related license(s) allowing him, within the Malaysian Company Act, to conduct and so, he crossed the line when he did so...this is according to the Malaysian Authorities... that is why, they are putting him on trial for this and whatever there is, linked to this illegal operation(s)... which always lead from one basket to many more surprises...and this again....is where their findings are not completely over....

If Bryan talks and owns up...even from day one...that still doesn't mean he had been telling all that the Authorities wants to hear... so they decide, they better do the job themselves to get to the bottom of it all...themselves and they owe to no one as to how long it will take, how much it takes, who else gets cut up with misery waiting for a hand out or disbursement (if there is any bucks left to refund) and lastly, they may not believe the Marsdens anymore for what is omitted or claimed by them to disprove any wrongful doings... BNM and the Justice System ain't just convinced as yet.... that is why, so many months have elapsed with no real need to answer to the public for the moment...but we are keeping tabs as best we can and that is made possible from your support and donations to see it through....

If anyone thinks that another, whoever he/she or it is claiming to have information without any effort spent or person sent out and for FREE... sure must be living in a dream world and to defend or support sources that actually "steals" from our reported feedbacks...told as it is... by ROLClub anchor man, theBat$ himself.

all information is in the newpaper and with the lawyer. don't see the need to have someone there for two weeks or even to travel to the area. i'm sure the lawyer would answer any questions that the ROL would have for him regarding this trail.

You apparently had just shown up, after being silent for most months since ROLClub was active on the Net and you came posting here with that view of no substance???

I feel, and most of our members, would rather, you take that perception and head to some other canyon and shout out loud about your isolated comments....which we can do without and by this, I say...Thank you for your part, but we shall pursue further WITHOUT YOUR involvement....!

You talk like you just joined the forum. Whether you have amnesia or puposely ignoring the facts. Your words are negative.

Monkey biz, online news more accurate, guessing games about posting info, going down hill, you guys are something else....

If I could access my Rolclub the day this message came out I would have flamed the water dry out of the man's tub! Here are the essential truths to his imflammatory, insulting and innuendo laden comments.

1. Monkey biz - That would be PIPS not us.

2. Online news more accurate - Sure if there were someone to report it. My trips so far to Seremban Sessions Court saw that there were NO REPORTERS present. This trial happened in the capital, so I guess that it got covered. 1 over 4 times. Besides, I broke the news to Admins, 1 hr after the news hit! Even if I am not covering the trial, I am looking out for it. Heck, why should I bother since there is a new source, right?

3. Guessing games - Do you want your hard work copied and posted elsewhere as the "truth"? So we gave the scoundrels a slip but we delivered the message as promised. They only ppl who should be peeved is those guys.

4. Going down hill - That's what I want to see you and your bathtub headed. As far as Rolclub is concerned, PIPS is now a part of a more mature and growing forum. If we are headed down hill, just get off. Nobody is asking you to stay.

5. You guys are something else - Yes, we are. The members, Admins, Mods and I are working for the good of the forum. Previously there were no news only wild speculation. Now at least there is proper if not "less accurate reporting" by me when there is no newspaper report.

Admin had openly ask for a person to do what I am doing. Nobody stepped up, so I volunteered. I do what I can and so far, I consider myself lucky to be at the right time and the right place for the trial and thank god for sending his helpers in form of strangers to furhter our cause.

Believe me, if I could get the info from the newspaper (read up the other post), I wouldn't go. Do you think I am a millionaire? I still need to eke out a living. Two weeks not doing any work! Come on. As for getting the info from the lawyer. Seriously, when did anyone obtain info from a lawyer of an on going trial! Members did not send me to have a good time!

Sorry If I offended you, there are reasons why I find it strange and I'm still curious about PIPS news:

1. The Summarize news from ROL is the same as My Posting from Star Newspaper and I'm the one that posted the news 1st.

Why I know that I'm the only 1? You might asked.
Because I did a search in the internet and true enough there isn't any update anywhere else including other forum.

That is why, I have a good feeling about it and to be the 1 that bring news to the internet. But after doing so then someone edit my post and I became the 3rd to bring the news to ROL forum.

Let me share with you why I said that I'm the 1st one to get the info because I have friend is Local newspaper and I got the info of the latest news for the day which means I got the news before it even on the street but of coz it was available in the Star after 12am that day.

And someone might said I might be sitting in front of the computer monitoring the start website from PIPS news. But I will answer back, for what and what is the purpose of the monitoring while no one pay me for that. I can just inform my friend to call me in Malaysia if there is a latest news.

That is why I'm still puzzle and curious! BTW fyi, i did make a post in another forum after I posted it in here and I believe there isn't any issue there
