Well topcash, you did suggest that it will take six months to clean up Picpay. Personally I have absolutely no idea how long it will take. Let us assume that your assessment of six months is approximately correct and also that the bank problem has been solved. I do not believe that Bryan and for that matter all behind the scenes that have been working to get everything going again would consider a further delay of six months acceptable. Not acceptable that is if the only thing in the way of getting funds out is the messed up Picpay.com.
So in answer to your question regarding what you call Picpay2.com, I say yes and ask you, why not?

Well, Pips has been vindicated and they now want to get things back up and running asap.

After reading Irish Billy's post on the BTI mailing list, I must confess it depressed me greatly. roshenco are you saying that Billy's info is incorrect and you are sure your info is correct? When we will get positive undeniable proof that you are correct and Bill Murphy is wrong (and believe me I want more than anything for you to be right and Bill Murphy to be wrong)?
