Oh right ...now it's forum's fault ....please. Why don't people recognize that it 8 plus months of being in default that caused Bryans problem.
If the company is solvent, if Bryan can pay what he owes, all will be fine.

It is very unrealistic to think that the 10's of thousands of people who loaned money will simply, disappear. Especially since many are facing a complete loss of their funds, financial ruin, not to mention the dreams and aspirations lost.

I think this scrutiny of Pips and Bryan is a good thing.

Exactly... many here seem to think that Picpay is an investment and at risk like Pips, but just the opposite is true. It was suppose be egold, "only better", every penny backed by gold.

I think that 8+ months of not paying the majority of members is "ammo" enough. Hopefully, we will be back on track soon. Additionally, it shouldn't make any difference for an "above-board" company to have mean things said about it.

Bank Negara is not interested in collecting any evidences against PIPS and PICPAY. The central bank is investigation PICPAY because of the Malaysian members. It is a violation of the local banking and financial law to have allowed the Malaysian citizens to join PICPAY which is not an offshore corporation. PIPS is ok because it is an offshore corporation. Bank Negara also stopped the inflow of foreign generated funds coming to PICPAY and that is why PIPS and PICPAY have "cash flow" problems thus causing "withdrawal delays". I do not think Bank Negara is monitoring TG or ROL forums looking for any evidence against PIPS and PICPAY or Bryan.

Are you saying that Bank Negara is the cause of the withdrawal delays since december 2004?
The investigation started a few weeks ago i believe.
If they stop the money flow is because they are investigating and if they were investigating in december 2004 we would have noticed.

Hi Hirok has a point. Malaysian members were not and shouldn't have been in PIPS to begin with anyway. I know this for a fact when I spoke to a person that was from Malaysia and I asked him if he was in pips I asked why not, he said he isn't allowed to join pips since he is from there, at first I didn't understand what he meant but after he explained it I understand. So what Hirok is saying about the Malaysian members aren't allowed to join is correct.

I just want PIPS to come back online.

Well, it appears from what I've read most of the ammo for the Bank taking action is because of people faxing info from this forum, mainly the negative stuff. Brian said no forum's and so you guys just continue on and because of that it's the material from this forum that screws everything up for the rest of us.
Why can't you just kill this forum for awhile till everything gets sorted.

Sure, the TG people read these posts. They interpret them the way the want to -- without any facts -- just their "evil intent". Yes. That caused an investigation.

However, the bank will believe what they find on the computers and in the books. Since Bryan is telling the truth, it's not really a problem and it will be better than before. After the investigation, the TG people's rants will be found to be false and TG wil have no longer have any credibility.

Yes, of course, it would be great if TG would just disappear into thin air. But, it's not going to happen. So, we'll play their game and the truth will come out. Either way, P*PS is going to survive. It's OK. :)
