Thread: What happens with Picrealty ? ? ?

i have a qestion during Picrealty , i was reciveing my first payment for the loan in July, what wil hapen with them ? , do ya think that they still works ?

I wouldn't hold your breath...Please make your own payment. That's what I'm doing. There will be major restructuring. Don't know how picrealty will fit in.

Really - why don't you tell us? Has Picrealty defaulted (not paid) on your mortgage? Why ask anybody here - no one can tell you if Picrealty is not working as far as you are concerned.

You may or may not have read the UK consultants report on PIPS - they did point out that Picrealty is a separate company and appears to be capable of carrying out its role and should be continued.

So - my questions are: did you receive the July payment? did you receive any notice about your August payment, either from Picrealty or your lender? has your mortgage company (lender) notified you that any of your payments have not been made?

Let's get some facts out here instead of the usual rumors and speculation.

Had a withdrawal on the 16th of Jan, the day they stopped and now they closed Pic Realty my first month....
