Thread: Picrealty Message!

Hi Guys

If you have an agreement with Picrealty then please check your e-mail box for information.

This will probably affect/inconvenience very few Members who have an agreement with Picrealty...

Can you please let me know what its regarding? I have not gotten any mail, and they are supposed to start paying my morgage on the 25 th of this month...

generally speaking if you have requested for the mortgage to be paid by Wire transfer 'some' banks are not accepting them as they have changed their info.

The best advice I can give is to check with your mortgage provider and update the info on your Picrealty profile if they (your Provider) have changed it.

That's rather ODD;even though I never applied for PicRealty,I got that e-mail in my Inbox.

It probably got sent to the entire membership but some won't recieve it as the provider may have a spambuster, such as AOL.

I too have got e-mails from Picrealty even if I haven't applied for a loan. I have only registered with them to be able to download the loan application papers.............

I never got any email, nor applied for the mortage thingy, are people sure it's a genuine email? :roll:

Like Shell, I have applied as a sign up for a future date when it comes in handy for my purpose however, I do find it a weebit slipshot for the part of those administering it.

One would expect, behind the scenes, that it would by then got to a stage where all details are "worked out" that is to say, including arrangements between PicRealty and the mortgage lenders regarding receipt of those monthly payments....whatever is the convenience served.

By leaving this as "uncertain" and insecured..... I wonder what and who really is doing the processing.... a process that involves "responsible" results to make it successful...not just sounding like one...hmmm :x :x :roll:

Not a big deal, just check with your mortgage lender for the wire transfer details and update your payment details. Very simple, very easy. Don't get all bent out of shape on this.
