Thread: Anyone having trouble acc. e-gold account?

I recieved a an e-mail like that & I have never had an e-gold account :shock:

I got that same email message , did not reply to it. I have been able to access the E-gold acct. without problems.

Take a close look at the link. You will probably see that its not refering to your account number. Also you should never go through links from emails when it comes to e-gold. In saying that I didn't go through the link and went straight to egold site and I also can't login.

8) e-gold admin does NEVER ask for your password!

That was a crystal clear phishing email. For you who are investors....you really should be aware of that! 8)

I have never used my account and since it looks unsafe to me, I will never use it.

PS! I never tried to modify my passphrase.
