Thread: Updates on BM & PIPS Refund, Claims & Payouts

This is another comment culminating from updating and checking our database with (non)-corresponding usernames and email addresses as they were or should have been signed up as it was expected and thereby thinking/hoping/trying or wanting to be in the Honorary Donor Group. Just as well as another who dearly want to view the HNG List... but has now brought us to a trail on unregistered or untraced usernames which are either deliberately incorrect with submission or simply, non existent.

Very interesting indeed isn't it? Funny to strange and undesirable characters have unknowingly... open up the PIPs Box on themselves causing us to implement firm measures now... a blessing in disguise I must admit.

For those of you, who somehow cloaked in here... albeit as a guest or as a Donor wishing to stay private... it is fine but, IF YOU ARE NOT a registered RC Member... you cannot be in the HDG List we have created and thus, you will NOT EVER qualify to be receiving the Trial Updates by email .... ANYMORE!!!

There will be "Confirmation of RC username" mails sent out to those concerned which I have come across so far, they need to reconfirm their ROLCLub's username we have in our DataBase. If you have not receive such an email, then you are not the one referred to.

One can regard this new move as "closing-in on those grey members" and excluding others we have difficulties earlier in feeling comfortable with, which they can do whatever they like and we do NOT know or being unable to remove them when confronted with their pranks, inside or outside without our prior knowledge with damaging complaints to the Hosting companies against ROLClub.

It is well understood when you have a limitation on trying to follow the transcripts that Batty had translated from a Malay language into an international one, English being the language used here, which is as simplified as he can try to produce without causing any misinterpretations...hence, the objectivity is maintained.

We do NOT alter nor edit what is reported, covered, summarized as best as possible that Batty had achieved for reporting back to us.

From your request, one can try to overlook your valid concerns but that would be assuming, our Moderator Batty, is paid to do a job (which HE ISN'T) in covering the trials on your behalf because you contributed to it and at this point, you have not aired nor expressed any gratitude or appraisal on his commitment or efforts given.

Instead, you indicated with the hope of receiving a much better quality report after the 1st most revealing coverage so far... Is that not good enough for you?

Have you or are you prepared to pay for the professional fees instead for a Reporter? Thank you for your opinion on his fact-finding unenviable task he had committed himself to.

If Batty has not done enough to suit the standards you expected... what are your standards that we need to know and consider? Please PM me or you can email again if you so wish, you are welcome to choose whichever is suitable.

I am not appalled by your feedback but I will share this with the Forum so others can objectively express their views in sharing your thoughts too.
I am curious myself frankly.

I will leave out your reference, so not to worry about it, its about how an individual is expressing oneself and it is nothing personal to feel infringed about. We look forward to yours again, thank you.

I just wanted to drop by and let everyone know I made a donation. I am not rich.....very far from it. Pips would have been my dreams come true for my family and I. Though I am disappointed with the outcome...i still have hope for a brighter tomorrow with or without Pips.
More importantly, I made my donation because I believe we should support Yogibrood and everyone who are trying to keep us up to date. They did not have to do it and for that I am grateful

The current method now to receive your donation is through PayPal or Liberty Reserve. Remember too, conversion costs into real cash transfer to Batty may again be deducted by his local Bank.

The target is currently set at $5000.

A minimum donation sum is set at $10 to be listed in the HDG email list. If Funds are insufficient, you may need to re enlist again.

Donations are voluntary although a token of $10 is the minimum required to cover costs as it comes for every trial covered and it will be stated next to your username. The amount stated in the Donation List may be a fraction lesser due to fees deducted upon receipt.

Remember, conversion costs into real cash transfer to Batty may erode away somewhat from your donated target sum. When donating LR$$$s, enter yr "E-Mail address & Username" to get your 1st hand feedbacks whenever Batty returns from the Trial Assignment Coverage.

Only those who are now listed in the HDG List will be receiving the updates as from the next trial coverage. This List will NOT be publicized for privacy reasons but those who are in the honorary donation group, will have the HDG initials added to their Profile title which will then show up on the avatar section.

Although I am NOT a reporter, I have written for newspapers before. I also write articles now and then. In addition, I teach English as well. The way I have presented my report is quite straight forward but for the trial notes, it was deliberately written to reflect the flow of the court proceeding. Hence, you will get a feeling of what it was like in the actual court.

As you say, there are hundreds of people with your level of English but there are also hundreds of people with higher proficiency level. So I cannot cater to everyone. Besides, the English that I use IS simple. So, I'll continue to write it the way I feel is best. Sorry if you feel its not worth contributing. I'm doing my utmost best for the members. I've been told my English is like those of native speakers.

As long as the donors feel I am doing a good job, that's all that matters. I can't say it's an easy job and as Yogi already touched on the matter of my voluntary work. This is just the beginning of a long stream of reports soon to come. Thanks to all the donors who gave generously and those who managed to scrape together enough to contribute. Your efforts will enable me to bring back the trial updates.
