Guess it depends on what you believed about PIPS as to whether or not the post by YB was garbage or not. Actually there were quite a lot of "facts" given, and not conjecture as you have claimed.

This notion that only "the positive" posts should be made about PIPS or BM & Sharon denies the reality of their situation. All views should be posted to let everyone decide for themselves. Like you, there are many others that will see that post as garbage. Others will see it as revealing information not known before, and worth having been posted. In short, you cannot please everyone, but I am glad he posted it.

Of course they did. Where have you been? Remember Warren and Gary? They came out with it all. They said there were no funds. I spoke with Warren and Garys son. It was verifed through them that speedy wallet was ALL READY TO GO. But Bryan NEVER SENT THE FUNDS to fund speedy wallet. Now take that and chew on it for while....

Had speedy wallet all along,so why no withdrawals to the debit card ? Remember VAT systems proposed new deal ? That never got signed either.

    Food for thought.

    Hey dreamer

I have to admit I did get one withdrawal through the speedy wallet. It was about 40% of my total investment. So I am still out about 60%....But the point is as you say...IF the money was there speedy wallet was there the whole time.....

Pips failed (or were unable) to pay the £50,000 set-up fee to VAT.
Their letter to Warren Webb ran as follows:

    “Warren –
For the past week I have been trying to contact you with regard to the PicPay Merchant Agreement. Although, I understand that you are several weeks away from being able to pay your members, it will take (at least) two to three weeks for VAT to set-up the SpeedyWallet Payment Platform for your requirements. Please understand that VAT is not prepared to invest in that set-up procedure until we have the Agreement signed and have received the initial payment of $50,000.00. So unless you enter into an Agreement with VAT today, PicPay will be five to six weeks away from being able to pay their members through the SpeedyWallet platform.

Also, as previously discussed in past correspondence, VAT is still incurring costs on the PicPay Debit Cards (since we have not completely shut down that program). Currently, there are PicPay members that still have balances on their cards and we have been concerned over disabling these cards. Our thought was that at the time the Wallet was up and running, these members could transfer their balances to their PicPay Wallet and then we could disable their cards.

In addition VAT is incurring customer service costs for the PicPay members that are constantly calling our customer service number and asking what the status of the PicPay SpeedyWallet program is – or why their PicPay Debit Card no longer works at an ATM (they are checking their balances to see if PicPay has made a payment to them).

Hence, VAT is no longer willing to assume the above costs and responsibilities.
Warren, unless I hear from you in the next twenty-four hours regarding the issues above, VAT will assume that an absence of your response to this email, and my previous emails, shall mean that PicPay is not prepared to go forward with the Merchant Agreement that we negotiated several weeks ago. VAT will have no other choice but to post a message on our site this week indicating that VAT has discontinued its relationship with PicPay. We will also disable the remaining PicPay Debit Cards and will refund the balances to those PicPay members.

Looking forward to hearing from you!”

    Thanks, Owen.

Facts are what counts, and that one cannot be disputed.

Paddyfield, as for Yogi's article, it was basically entirely factual as far as I could see.

Spot on Pippyman. VAT was in place all the time and could have been set up for ALL payments in early 2005. Owen has explained the rest.

Default Did you experience this similar sign up?

Amazing, I just received a mail which I believe will add more education for those unaware of such possibilities....

That is a heinous act on its own...by that person to have collected that sum off you both just hours before the clampdown!!!

I am sorry to note this despicable deed to have befallen on your trust and hopes and in exchange for some ludicrous excuse under a snappy disguised reason.

Take this from me, you may have a case against this other person as a matter of fact! You see, some weeks if not months before Bryan was deprived of his bogus operations, it was already known that all the money is slipping away somehow and any further money or investment some still like to call it at that, is going to be LOST and or manipulated ...

Depending who these crafty and crooked players are who are jumping in and seizing the timely opportunity to cash in for themselves at the expense of Bryan Marsden's crippling integrity and failure with his vision and conning others off their real cash with sleazy claims and assurances that they are then made over to PIPS through PicPay's monopoly (virtual value) while in fact, they landed in a genuine bank account and is still manifesting interests as you (and many others too) and we carry on with our embittered tragedy with life....!

To continue collecting under a heinous guise and conning off your hard earned savings while knowing fully well that this is all an act of deliberate swindling... This person knew fairly well what the stakes were to glaze you with the Marsden vision while the ship was sinking faster than the titanic!!!

I shall add this extract to the forum (your identity will not be revealed) for it will give rise to more awareness others can be educated from your tragic experience.

Bryan Marsden is also the victim of this swoop by someone else at his own game unfortunately and this person got away with real cash while making you believe under another pretext, that it is safely transferred to PicPay or to BM in some other way...whatever it was described to assure and win your confidence, it was a heinous fraudulent act of yet another deceit at the expense on the Marsdens already crippling image!

I am awfully sorry this befell on you too like with so many others but what the outcome may turn out, concerning the huge amount confiscated by the Malaysian Authorities, we have no clue but to hope and wait until the court case comes to a final closure.

With that dependence, we for our part as ROLClub and from supportive members through their donations, are doing whatever possible, with the least and unnecessary costs incurred, to follow and be the wiser of the trial outcome and hopefully again, our initiatives will gain some better leverage and see some benefit in all our attempts to get to the bottom of any news, tightly withheld from us through the official network.

We are also fortunate that our Moderator, thebat$ is within closer proximity than most, to devote his unselfish time and commitment to obligate his coverage on behalf of us all with the follow up of the trial proceedings.

Please visit the Forum and post, for others may then learn more by your experience too.

    YogiBrood.
