Thread: Updates on BM & PIPS Refund, Claims & Payouts

The BIG News is out as most of you HDGers have learnt as of yesterday night!

Those who wish to know more and perhaps would seriously want to know just how to go about with considering your next options... claim, submit or appeal on your sequested sum currently held by The Malaysian State, we will know more for sure in the next trial appearance and it looks more likely to be the "Final Straw" on this Marsdens Trial saga....

Current active HDGers who have been supporting very actively will as always, need only to donate the minimum amount.

If YOU are not nor have ever been an active HDGer, even if you had donated in the past for once or twice but felt you had to stop for all the valid and good reasons you have, we understand however, to return again and wishing to have the last crucial and possibly, the most prominent coverage of all trials, you may do so in donating again.

You are reminded to donate the fix amount of $50. This is to cover the costs, expenses and all other expenses that will allow you to be privy for the Final Outcome since 2006 apprehension and detention of The Marsdens to face trial for what has been committed which led to many losing some if not all their money invested in his Scheme by his magnitude...

We reserve the right to reject anyone who donated, or is someone we do not wish to have anything to do with nor is an unapproved person for receiving any further Trial coverage. Your donation would subsequently be refunded back to your account less the costs incurred for doing so.

Donations are advised to be made no later than October 30th, 2009.

After that, we will stop all other funds transferred and returns/refunds will be returned minus costs for doing so.

I have, since the release of the Sept. Trial Coverage sent out thru the emails, received a good amount of questions and cioncerns related to the possible "claim" and/or application on the monies that belong to each and every individual.

I will try provide whatever answers that I know in a collective manner to all the questions raised someday soon.

What has happened with the BMN case which was ongoing and in another location.
Has BM made a blanket plea of guilt so that the judge in the present case and court
will administer the punishment for both indicments?
If not the guy could be facing another 5 years if he has to plead his defence or lack
off, before another judge, or guilty and take another dive.
How does it work Yogi, is he pleading in consideration of all counts against him?

I'm back between breaks & breakfast and tours around this other Province of Otago, New Zealand. Was in Canterbury for 3 days.

Since you raised a specific query here, I'll see how to answer this from yours.

From what was "assumed" earlier, with the BNM case separately brought up for the Kuala Lumpur Courts, which then went in consolidation with the Seremban Courts, it can be ascertain that it was decided to wrap it all into one location and under one presciding Judge.


I'm still having my doubts on this as there is no certainty, with the Judiciary being governed on separate locations it can be played about with their own whims as they so pleases....

If they can stew crazy even at indicting/framing their own Deputy PM on sodomy charges out of political aims.... they can do just about anything!!!

Thats why, I personally NEVER trust any country that operates or runs under religious fervours esp. when dealing with non Western guidelines and certainly, from non Christian values.... those buggars live & conduct under a complete hypocritical set-up of dishonest human values... which Bryan Marsden thought, he could cheat the devils on this but found this adversary and country in Malaysia, as a worser spot to be in.

Anyway, as far as his current sentencing goes, the Marsdens "better wish" they could truly step outside after being released into open air and hop into a local cab or bus and don't look back for sure within the 1st 24 hours just to be certain, they are not nabbed & subsequently charged yet again by authorities for a new set of claims brought up by other parties like from YOU or anyone, Malaysian or foreigners for being individually duped....

Otherwise, we shall learn soon after their official prison release. Perhaps, we still should count on Batty's ears, eyes and monitoring services when that time arrives in early Spring of 2010... if Batty still holds/continues good ties & tally with the current Court's Staff & "connections".

As for the admittance to the charges and submission to a guilty stance, which is more than likely to be a technical strategy offered/suggested/couped up by their new Defence team, its still hard to ascertain whats up the sleeve if given to BM's way with options... admitting guilt under a no-option duress is different to that of a tiger still planning to spring loose from any given corner when made available.

I think it is clear by now, "anyone" still keen on recovery of lost monies and believes there is a good chance worth indulging is to work out with one's own individual lawyer to process soon after the final confirmation takes place in the next November court sitting and NOT any earlier or one will end up paying extra time for the lawyer's fees and all their idle time before the real work actually begins.

The current status for anyone to know if s/he will be updated from the next November trial will need to look up on the Fund List. Donors who are listed after this comment shown here-below are the active HDGers who will be receiving the next email updates.

From this level after HDGer MrTee and you are NOT a current active/valid HDG member of ROLClub Forum or you were until your last donation before the Sept 16th Trial coverage, renewing your donation will entitle you for the following November Trial coverage with just the stipulated minimum of $11,50. If you are not ever listed as a HDG , please donate $50 or equivalent to your country's currency value...

Thanks for your steadiness and updates. I just donated a little money to support Batty's next trip. The Marsden story is a sad story and hard to understand. I am looking forward to more updates, but I wonder if we ever get the truth about what happened.

Thank you Abild for your kind words and esp. for Batty standing in on behalf of all involved.

I believe we will and up to the point, for as far as the Malaysian Authorities wants to approve and release, that as far as those who invested on BM's scheme were involved, we will soon know what the status is like before any tentative steps may be taken by those who plan to seek further judiciary steps.

Beyond that, it is an assumed fact like all Govts would be exercising, to impound whatever and however, with what is entitled for the State, and no amount or definite sum would be released to the public, with the exception of a said amount just to please the public's confidence... should that not happen, we will know more but don't count on it unless a skilled & determined lawyer is capable of deepening his/her search within the Malaysian Legal system regarding this case concerning The Marsdens in recovering successfully at some reasonable percentage.

Thanx matey... I've just arrived into Rotorua (holiday is not over yet ) and checked-in with our room that comes with a valued personal Spa in our room.

Yes, we are enjoying ourselves on this 3rd honeymoon holiday and I'd also like to add, a very interesting meet and hospitality given by our host "Kapiti" from Napier, and the care given by his beloved wife, whom we also know in this forum.

We made through those great long stretches and checked-in in good time Keith. Could only cruise at 185kph max before another bend or town shows up with the all too familiar 80kph signboard speed limit that is often encountered in this picturesque, scenic country incl. Taupo before arriving here in Rotorua.

May have more time after some tour this evening and emails will be sent out to all answering some of those q'ns I have received since the Trial on the 16th.
