You sound the same as when we 1st knew each other... little change in wisdom there and I can't agree more than the lessons one ought to know by now and learn what risks are with a dumb nose-dive into or being a wild goat on about everything out there that smells as a scam while still failing to heed or ignore the danger red spots lighted up.

This is what one needs to be on the lookout... make the right move with timing in mind and trying to beat the devil at his game. The tide is turning gradually against such people who never give up trying to con yet again...

It is also hard and almost close to incomprehension by those who made a good "ROI" for awhile but were then left somewhat in disarray at expected returns and sees that halted by circumstances... reasons that makes up the divide as to who is smart or foolish not to see it coming!

As for those many others, and we have as always, the late entries taking up the "gonnas" position... this is where they become the Pool of Pilferage by the schemers and one we are now embattled with (dis)belief is BM with his PIPs operation.

Noel, I had to read your post completely to understand your position, your reasoning, your perception of what took place and your response to this thread that is focussed on one objective.

You definitely crossed the line... as good as 95% after making the first sentence that had sense tied to it but straight after that... you went and took a downhill turn thrashing your credibility yrself...

So, this is where your SPAM post gets sanctioned and with that, your access to further participate goes along too.

I don't think Malaysia is that backward a country to hold a person or persons for so long without a proper trial unless there's lots of money at stake. Of course if they have a poor Human Rights track record (not saying they do, I don't know) I suppose anything's possible.

I looked at Malaysia's human rights track record and it's pretty poor. Particularly it's so called justice system. Just Google Malaysia human rights. Seems like they do pretty much whatever the hell they please and if you don't like too bad. To bad old BM didn't pick a bit more civilized place to do business.

i understand that most of you are upset that you are on the verge of losing money , but didn't you know that there was a chance that you would lose ?

Of course, most know there is always a chance of loss of investment, but in this case, every word we all heard was so matter of fact, safe, diverse, even token brick and mortar businesses like the bistro and fashion deal, so everyone was given a false illusion based on this and combined with the constant talk of gold and real estate holdings, it would fool most, and sadly, eveyone wanted to believe it was all true, and Bryan fed off of this to the very end. Both sad, and sick, that describes Bryan and Sharon best.

Unfortunately there are those amongst us that still carry the torch for Bryan and Sharon.The believers claim there is still a chance of an innocent verdict. Until there is a verdict, nothing is written in stone.

We all got taken in,hook line and sinker. Pips ruined many peoples finances and destroyed many a friendship.I for one will welcome the conclusion to this nightmare once and for all.Let the TRUTH be known!

Thats right Dreamer... thats ALL we are now focussed on... come what may or whatever others may want to keep thinking about... it doesn't matter anymore.

The truth and only the TRUTH for all its worth and lets hope the Court in Malaysia finally can accomplish that one slow, procrastinating & dragging headache which is currently the only barrier to our prudent patience... thus far!!!

Well I'm not one to say as I live here but the main problem is apathy. Things move at a snail's pace. I guess, even snails move faster on second thought. A little bit of bad luck on the Marsdens' side plus a healthy dose of unprofessionalism by his first lawyer and you'll have this little jam he is in.

Can't get out and can't get going, perpetually stuck. I think he is not badly treated in jail, his new "legal aid" lawyer will see to that. Anyways still more to discover in the upcoming trial. As for BM hiding the money somewhere, if so where could he? Maybe its still in Australia or Cambodia? A third world country is a good place to convert USD to gold.

Still, just speculation at this point.
