You can also let those you know, that they can from now help donate either by bank (easier for US Members) or send a check or simply use PayPal. It takes a minute (according to PayPal) to set up a PP account.

I have a receipt from my bank but obviously the exchange of Aus Dollars to US Dollars will change the amount plus any charges of course.

Keep up the good work, and hopefully all PIPS members will contribute some thing to the costs of this fact finding exercise.

I understand that the Bat will not be able to get access to the Trial transcript when the trial proper takes place which is unfortunate as that would have made his task on our behalf much easier.

However given the nature of the proceedings,which I understand are to deal with a number of money laundering charges against the Marsdens the following matters exercise my mind.

Can anyone advise if they have information that these proceedings will have the ability to reveal if the PIPS members funds were ever invested in the way in which we were all led to believe, and whether any of such funds still exist and are recoverable.

We also need to know what records of members accounts and balances exist now, given that such records were seized by the Central Bank of Malaysia at the time of the PIPS shutdown 2 years ago.

Lets face it these questions have been posed on the former PIPS Forum and Rol Club ad nauseum and have never been answered to our satisfaction.

Yes it would unfortunately, PayPal would have been much smoother and less costly as well, with a Bank transfer, even with a USD currency, a minimum of $30 is advised.

Yes, it is hoped very much for those seriously being involved and realized that knowing something for a decent closure at the end of it all is the least they deserve for all that took place and taking into account the tragic loss for most, no doubt about it.

He is in no position legally, but that doesn't mean, he may not attempt at it... Just be there and on our combine faith in his efforts is a BIG step with positive progress we are happy to divulge and share and we know, most of our supportive RC Membership are the core reason for this and we cannot be more grateful for all your support shown & provided for this goal.

It may eventually but nothing is assured at this stage as it is just too early to even speculate. the trial will certainly focus on the allegations the State Prosecutor is preparing and that too, can be in detail that may reveal more than what we actually anticipate. Recovery of funds is any body's weakest guess at this point, like I mentioned sometime earlier, it may last for quite awhile with their trial.

This expectation is a little early but we are hopeful and we hope, it shall be revealed in the course of the trials which won't end after two or three court appearances... many more can be expected!

Thats true but back then, it was in many ways, avoided as many who are directly or indirectly involved certainly were not prepared to play "guinea-pig or a sitting duck" to any hysterical allegations...including Brian himself for sure...being the brains behind it all... but we have passed through all that and we are where we are now...and we are moving forward positively...we and on behalf of ROLClub, wish all the help, support and donations to assist this fact-finding pursuit for the real truth...and together, lets hope we can fully achieve it.- The Admins
