Thread: PIPS realty

Hi All.

Sent my docs on June 5.
Called June 15 - no docs in KL
Sent copies(fax) on june 16 - no answer - no mail.
Docs (sent via secure mail) back to me on July 22- comment: unclaimed!
Sent docs again on Juli 25 (UPS) - Status: incomplete docs.

What can I do.

I submitted my documents on July 4th. Our bank sent verified copy to Picrealty on July 22nd (although picprealty claims they never received it) and sent again on August 3. Called again to make sure they received the fax, but they could not verify that, as they have "lots of applications".

My documents have been showing "un-verified" even though I received an e-mail stating that they received them. I called and the status changed to "verified". Now, in the payment section it states that my account is waiting on "management approval" for two weeks and counting. Received another e-mail from Picrealty last week, will NOT accept picpay as the 10% payment, wire only.

PipsRealty & Picpay...

There have been some posts where members have said that Realty have said they they do except Picpay and some where they say they don't.

If ur mail says send picpay then send picpay, if it says send wire then send wire.

If it is correct that they r "not" excepting Picpay, then two possible reasons, 1, picpay staff r working flat out on doing members withdrawels and have nor the staff or time to verify funds to be sent to PipsRealty, or 2, they may be privy to yet undisclosed info possibly that Picpay may be about to be restructered or replaced so don't except Picpay (this is speculation only).

Either way I souldn't be concerned about it as they have made mortgage payments quite recently.

Also Bryan was at that franchise event on Thursday as per our mods post and there continues to be an exchange of mails re account verification.

So it seems to be a case to just do as they say and wait.
