    Default Unconfirmed Rumour

    Hi

This, as is typical of PIPS, is an unconfirmed rumour that was passed on to me by a very senior support person.

Firstly the messages supposedly from gary and Warren are bogus. YES they have resigned but for personal/medical reasons.

Secondly, the reason why picpay is in such a bad situation with withdrawals is that the amount of fraudulent funds in the accounts is almost untraceable. This in itself has been stopping most transfer requests.

Now what Bryan is going to do is to start a seperate payment processing company and all NEW Loan roll over payments will go into there for immediate withdrawal. Picpay will cease to exists after some time and any surplus of funds will go to charity. This has had to occur due to the fraud of certain members.

So some bad news wrapped into some good. At least withdraw requests will start to move again.

Aparently, they are expecting this to become public knowledge in the next 7 days or so.

Makes sense, what would happen to pic-pay sitting in our pic-pay accounts?

    Would it cease to exsist?

my understanding is that it is impossible to unravel what is genuine funds and what isn't. So I think that any funds in picpay will cease to exist. And according to what I was told if there is a surplus of money after an audit is done it will go to a pips nominated charity.

Well if the message from Gary/Warren is supposely bogus your message above is also bogus.

I find "warrens message" more credible and believeable than your message at this point

    Hi allstargold.

Thank you for the Info. about Warren Webb's alledged Letter.

I had a very serious Doubt about it's Authenticity.

    Why?

Warren is a Highly Qualified Legal Person.

He would have Placed his Professional Career in Complete Jeopardy.

With the Letter, he would have Destroyed his Personal Reputation and Standing within the Entire Legal Profession.

All the Points that were mentioned in the Letter were, as People should have realised, available in the Forums prior to the Letter being Posted.

All the Writer had to do, was to bring them altogether and add Embellishments to them.

Then Bingo, we've seen what a Ruckus it caused.

I doubt if Warren Webb would even consider doing such a stupid move.

    Regards.

My friend has 50000 dollar purchase pending with a merchant, his picpay was verified.

    What will happen to him?
