Please consider that Warrens email,(bogus or not) advises that all money left in the Picpay account is legally yours. Once it leaves Pips it becomes yours as it is in a bank account under your name.
The email starting this thread indicates money left in Picpay goes to charity.
THis is enough to scare people into puting it straight back to roll over again.
Of course I am not a legal eagle but I am aware that we have a very direct contradiction here.

Puting aside the heated issues on withdrawals for a moment, do we have a legal person able to advise us on the validity of others controlling accounts under our name?
Is it legal for the managment of Picpay to transfer any money in our Picpay accounts to a charity or other with out our say so?

This is looking like the desperate actions of a broke/corrupt/incompetent government in the midst of a currency/economic/banking crisis. Pretty soon the rabble will be taking up pitchforks, pots, pans and/or worse and storming the government palace.
Suerte folks...

Its obvious...
If we put our money from our PICPAY account back into pips, Bryan wins twice over..
1) We have no case or legal avenue to claim the money that is LEGALLY ours from PICPAY.
2) Bryan can wipe the money (ROL) in our PIPS account clean out and therefore we cant claim any monies.
Think about it guys.. KEEP YOUR PICPAY AMOUNTS IN THERE !!!

I can understand the dilama of clean money.
I funded my pips account 3 times. Twice with my credit card, and once as an exchange - IE, I wire transferred a fellow pipster, and he transferred some of his picpay to mine. All transactions were a similar amount. That makes me confident that two thirds of my funding is clean. The remaining third will probably be clean too, but that will only be known to the person with whom I exchanged. It then gets more complicated. The guy who provided one third of my funding may have done similar transactions with others, including the funding of his account. An on it goes..... and on it goes...... and on it goes.
I don't envy anyone the task.

allstargold,
Are you saying the money is safer in P**s than P**p**? What will happen to our accumulated units, will they be lost?
And if you've recently asked for a withdrawal? Cancel it? Can't understand if your funds have been verified as being clean then they are clean.
