LEGAL ACTION is always a last resort, We have no choice to weather the storm for the time being, I think we will have more news soon.
I hope that BM does pull everything through, and restructures pips for the benefit of all, I look forward to hearing from hi.
Warrens post was like a bomb exploding, but i must admit it wasn"t very well written by a lawyer.
Lawyers just give us fact without emotion, maybe the party life got to much for Warren over there lol.

This is the worst possible suggestion I've ever read in any forum. After legal costs divided by "x" number of members you wouldn't get 50 cents... this is a very naive idea.
Our best and really only solution is to wait for Bryan to post an update and present a solution. He will post - just no way of knowing when... However even if it is 3 weeks from now, that's a lot faster than any slow boat to china legal action would accomplish.

"preparing" is the key word here. You're talking about weeks and weeks of preparation - thousands upon thousands of dollars in hard costs - and then more months of negotiation or litigation... I am not interested in creating or becoming a part of yet another "distraction" to the payment or restructuring process.

I agree, Beagle. Bryan is most likely working his butt off getting ready for the regulators who are supposed to be there in a few hours. I for one, offer my support and prayers for him and staff during this critical time.
