Will someone please call an ambulance? I read that stuff about calling for a class action suit. As I prefer not to be banned from the forum I instead chose to bite my tongue off.

Not happy
I'm not happy either at the momment, but I don't think a class action suit is the answer either. PIP's would have to have a minimum of billions of dollars in assests for it to even be a probable solution to save me and some other members.
Getting a check for $.01 to $1000.00 from a class action suit would do me very little good. It would save my home for maybe 30 day's. Then I would just be putting off the enevatable which to me isn't positive. I would be better off waiting for BM to shut the program down or pay everyone as promissed. It might be a huge risk here but a huge risk is alot better then the possible out come of getting very little to nothing from a class action suit that would take months and possibly further delay withdrawals. Also, it helps keep my dream alive of one day actually owning a home instead of renting one. Also, the financial security to say. Kids you no longer have to worry that we could lose our place and now. I can guarantee you a college education. I would not be able to do that if PIP's never pay's.
A class action suit is going to take months. That will not save me now. I need a minimum of $2K per month to remain out of financial trouble. If PIP's never pay's that then I guess I'm in the same boat I was in before I found PIP's.
I do have a plan that would allow me to save my kid's future If I could get $6K by mid Aug. Yet, I need just $100.00 from 60 people or $10 from 600 people. I have a plan to repay everyone double of what I receive and can do it guaranteed within 1 year. However, first I need the people and the funds to impliment my plan.
Well good luck to you all and I hope God watches over all of us.
I beg of you not to start a class action suit for the simple and main reason. I honestly feel it will only make the withdrawal process even longer before any of us see anything.
Which if you take this into consideration some people have posted on this forum in the last two weeks that they received wires from DEC transactions. At least that means money is moving. Still very slow but it is moving.
Best regards
Shawn Buel

*****TS
I want to know if these *****ts have the ability to read. Evidently they can't. When I joined P+++ It clearly stated the terms and it was a high risk investment. I have never met our leader but it is apparent he is not a runner and hider but a fighter. If he were a hider the site would have been gone weeks ago. We may have to take a little less than we had all hoped for but it is still the best show in town if we get half of what the program was designed to do. I am all for us hanging in there and supporting Brian and helping in any way he may deem we could. I will say this about the man, If this should happen to be a failure, which it won't, I want to be a part of his next endeavor. :D

WHAT???????????????????????????????
I just posted about this on another thread that was also talking about the legal action threat by SAAD and some other members who are actually entertaining the thought.
If BM gets wind of this threat I can guarantee you that these members will not be members for much longer.

And if I remember correctly, and I do because I have the paperwork copy here, we all had to sign that disclaimer and fax it into PI when P*Ps came into being.
For a guy who built a small empire from the ashes of the clone days, this Warren geezer, who has only been with the company a few months, (but talks as though he had been there longer), sure has given the boss a complete change of character. Is that sour grapes because he could not have his own way? Maybe, but I have,nt seen Gary go down road yet, and he knows as much as Bryan himself.
Got to use some common sense here, and just wait, we are pretty good at that aint we

My personal opinion is that Brian has too much control over 2 many things for a company this size. It's just not a good idea, whats happens if he and Sharon are killed in an accident say, there is no one from what I read who has complete knowledge of how things are running, not even Gary, for this company to survive.
