1. You need to learn how to read posts. You need to read post one that I respond to first before making a comment.

2. I did not insult anybody as matter of fact, and if you feel that I did than you are wrong.

3. I am here as anybody else, getting information about Pips. Remember this forum was created for that purpose. It is not my fault that all Pips members are being attacked lately by negative wave of convert mined people, so now we have no say so as freedom of expression.

4. So far nobody have soild proof that Pips and Bryan are in fault or part of any unlawful activity, therefore judging someone without a proof is wrong. No one has any proof of evidence, just personal assumtions. If anyone can show me court proof (not postings) than I would be willing to excepted.

Why not wait for court decision first and than make comments. That is what disturbs me most. It is like having someone to lynch just because someone point finger and said "hang him".

No, you need to learn how to speak to people with respect. I do know how to read Mr. Newlife/Chin-lee. I have read your posts for a year and remained silent everytime you put somebody down when they expressed doubts about Bryan/Pips, even after the raid. Yes, you are certainly "here". But what information could you possibly want "here"? We all have "TG mentality" as you say. That is insulting, and yet you constantly have used the term, "TG Mentality" in your posts. How are "all Pips members" being attacked? I am a Pips investor, and your post personally insulted me. Who said that you have no "freedom" of expression? It seems that you think the rest of us have no right to say anything unless we worship Bryan. Well, most of us do not have the myopic and biased view that you do. And yes, I AM waiting for the outcome of the trial, and yes, most of us think for ourselves without being "corrected" by the likes of you. And thankfully, this forum has moved far beyond Pips.

Well, unless over 100 FORMAL CHARGES of criminal conduct means nothing to you (apparently not) it is a very grave situation for the Marsdens. Unless solidly DISPROVEN, they will be in prison for a very long time. And if you really think people get criminally charged in a court of law and detained in prison with just "assumptions" then you are terribly uneducated on how courts and the legal system works. Why not just pay for a court transcript then, to see that the charges are real? You seem to be saying that they are not.

I never said to "hang him" so don't take all of your frustration out on me. How about following your own advise and YOU WAIT for the court ruling before insisting that we all believe Pips will be back and the Marsdens are innocent? What you forget is we were all pro pipsters once.We all wanted pips to return.Month after month we waited listening to you cheerleaders who repeatedly gave us false information..Where did that get us? Peoples hopes were raised time and time again for nothing.You are still claiming such things on other forums.

Now after a year long investigation by BNM, the Marsdens are awaiting trial.As whatever said ,a very serious matter.Investigations continue in Australia and will probably extend to other countries.Again very serious.
Every PIPS "business" is closed.Thousands of dollars are owed in unpaid cease and desist orders.Millions of dollars owed to members from their PICPAY accounts etc etc.Not a pretty picture is it? Oh yes,the bail was not reduced to $27000 as you stated it would be on another forum.

The only thing that remains is the trial and here you are correct.No verdict has been announced.

To be honest, I really hope I'm wrong and that BM is innocent and that Pips continues. I would love nothing more.

FYI, anyone in the USA and pays taxes. The agreement we all agreed to with PIPS was not stated as an "investment". It was a "loan" so that PIPS could buy businesses, for which we were to receive a profit from said businesses. And since it was a fraud and theft of our monies and the culprets are in jail, my CPA says we can claim it on our taxes as a loss. However, she did say that the IRS may question it. We shall see. You should call your CPA and inquire about this yourselves.
