and as far as the definition of what money laundering is....it seems to me that there is no need for the charge of embezzelment or fraud....as now with this "new" defintioin of what money laundering is ....it is all inclusive....money laundering is a charge one can slap on anything ..lol.....

I rob a bank and ill get charged with money laundering. I mug someone and i get charged with Money laundering.....i start a company and take money from my company and ill get charged with money laundering....

Interesting point, lapcus. If he does get off, then what? I'd say his reputation has been very much tarnished, his businesses (at least the Bistro) has been stripped by robbers, his staff have gone.

What would be done to get money back to members, I wonder. Even more interesting would be if he gets off on a technicality, but then has to explain to everyone where the $3billion is.

This is off topic but I disagree with BM statement. If he draws a salary of $5000 and says he can live like a king, he must be thinking of Indonesia. True its a substantial amount but I hardly can say living like a king.

Does he have to pay rent, car loan, phone bill, electric bill etc or is that taken care by the company (our money)? Does he have a company expense account? Does he eat free in the Bistro? If that is so, then sure he can live like a king. He's spending whose money? Does Sharon draw salary too? How much? Put it the sum together and we might just have the living like a king story.

I guess Bryan headache is how to explain where the guarateed and safe picpay money went (including the insurance and backing of gold)!.....and the fact that he owes a few tens of thousands members millions of USD?...including my USD 65 000?

Secondly what happened to the millions of USD sitting in our available accounts!...interesting is't it?

The obvious and painful truth seems to be it is all gone. Bryan NEVER had a 2% a day system. He made it up. He stole from 10 of thousand's of us, he lied, he would say and promise anything to get us to spend that next dollar.

We did..

By what Bryan was saying, that they were making well over the 2% a day then you expect that at least 5-6 billion would of been seized if he really was what he said he was.

They didn't

They seem to have found about seventeen milion dollars in Pips, Picpay and Bryans accounts, which is about right if he was simply collecting monies on 200,000 people and not investing it. That unfortunately leaves a 3-4 billion dollar shortage. And of course certainly, with the investigation, there should of been mention of Bryan's promised Insuranse policy or of the infamous Australia gold reserve, people would of been paid, but nothing
