Sorry but there is no concrete news,it all very quiet at present.Behind closed doors I believe.

There may be another hearing in February sometime,be interesting to see if the press are allowed to report this time.

For one thing regarding the mindset and judicial apparatus despite being once under a conservative system originating from her Majesty's Crown courts (Elizabethan Era).... and QC's still being recognised and allowed representation with cases of former Commonwealth countries like Singapore and Malaysia respectively, this question concerning silence as a potential lead -up to a deal being struck.... that is WISHFUL thinking...even though it soundsGREAT and hopefully it will benefit the duped we all are!

No, noooo.....NO WAY is there a deal expected to be strucked behind close doors.... you guys watch and are too dependent on USA law and hollywood set up castings for media viewing...

What has and still is.... is B and S Marsden are in custody pending trial....for what has been uncovered within Malaysian Law, that constitutes prosecution for some form of deception with other peoples money and subsequently, fraudulent practise related to and perhaps with laundering...that has yet to be proven and sentenced when the time of judgement arrives...till then, keep that "hot-water bottle" warm..... there is still some way to go....

Many of us who can see the end of this gloomy tunnel for BM can now afford to wait to endure...I myself have no impatience to wait either... BM has taught us on HOW to wait perpetually for our returns that actually WILL NEVER be... so, a lesson for the Bespoke Mentor who now awaits payback time...!!

Totally agree. Everyone knew the risks and made informed decisions. What really cuts me up is the signatures of a lot of the posters to this forum are still advertising scams... Don't learn real well Aye....

Tis true. Many of us made "informed" decisions based on the information that Bryan gave to us.
Our fault was that we believed his words and we failed to research his claims in order to find out if what he was telling us was true or not!

Lesson learned!
