from what I understand, your words may very well bring things in motion that'll be hard(er) to change direction afterwards. So...
TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS YOU NEED TO FEEL COMFORTABLE...to eventually ask advise of other people you trust, gather more information to verify and /or contradict your perception, realise the possible consequences like you're playing a chess game,...
Better announce a delay of your decision and make a wise one than (still) in (too much) a hurry to safe face or satisfy other's limited patience - an investment that always yields.

An interesting little teaser.. May I offer some thoughts to help you with your deliberations..

It appears there is an inference that Bryan may be operating here under another name and possibly involved in another program. That of itself raises a number of concerns, including:

1. He is operating in a clandestine manner;

2. If he is operating another program, particularly something that is being moderated in this forum, your members have a right to know that they are dealing with this man… (some would happily jump at the chance, while others would want to avoid him like the plague).

3. If he is active in this forum, but doesn’t have the time to speak to members about HALOTTO, Pips or a restructure, but yet has plenty of time to come to the forum and foster other interests hiding behind an assumed identity, I believe that is something that Pips members would want to know and given the prolonged suffering they have been forced to endure, they have earned the right to know.

4. Bank Negara, raided Pips nearly one year ago. Their main focus was to close the program down, which they have effectively accomplished. They were most disturbed to hear Bryan had opened HALOTTO and of course it was closed shortly afterwards. I suspect they would be most interested in hearing about any other moves Bryan has made back into the Internet, particularly where it involves taking money from the public, at least until the investigation is complete.

5. Bryan Marsden has operated a number of Internet programs which have all failed. Given the mounting number of Cease and Desist orders and successful criminal prosecutions against Pips and Bryan Marsden himself from Financial and Security Regulators around the world and the apparent refusal by Bryan to defend himself or the Program, the downfall of Pips was a forgone conclusion. For this reason as much as anything, Pips cannot return, even if there was any money left. People should know if he is back again

If Bryan is operating here under a false identity, I consider it a contemptuous move against the members. Many who are still fiercely supporting of him may not see it that way, but I suspect they would nevertheless be most disappointed. Those of us who are looking for evidence and signs of propriety would be very concerned about Mr. Marsden being here promoting another program surreptitiously and anonymously.

If you are aware of any such knowledge, might I promote the argument that your members are entitled to be fully appraised of the same? You have given 48 hours for the person to whom you have referred to come forward. If it is Bryan Marsden, it is most unlikely he will reveal himself. State and Federal regulators around the globe offered him the opportunity to come forward and indeed challenged him to demonstrate Pips was a legitimate investment program and not an illegal Ponzi. It was an opportunity for him to stand up once and for all to prove his program was legitimate and not a fraud. Instead, he chose to ignore the accusations and let the prosecutions proceed without response. Given this history, I would venture to suggest that he is most unlikely to come forward and reveal himself voluntarily, despite that many of us here have been hanging on for so long waiting for him to communicate with us.

If the information you have involves Bryan Marsden, I implore you to share it with us. Indeed it is my view that any other course would be to exacerbate the extent of Mr. Marsden’s actions. If he is not so involved then clear the air and remove any innuendo and supposition that may attach to him.

WE do NOT Know this ... BNM has not come forward to say anything ... So we know nothing ..... WE wait ... for BNM or BM to announce on way or another about PIPS..

I am a PIPS believer ... That it will come back .. Until I hear otherwise ..and may I say ..you know no more that I do

I put over $11,000 into pips in January, and no one ever sent me ANY questionnaire to fill out or implied any possibility of me getting any of my money back. Am I missing something? Should I fill something out? Originally there was supposedly gold that backed up PIPS. Anyone know where that went?

I really wish people would read the whole thread before they post, because this has been answered at least 10 times before!

BNM sent out questionnaires to some Malaysian PIPS members. All others did not and won't receive them. And you won't miss out on anything as BNM is in possession of the whole database anyway.

Nobody but BNM knows how much money has been seized, and if the gold that you mentioned does exist and where it is now.

Welcome, first poster, joining this debate...
only allow me the wondering why you now made this step...
as it is foremost an interesting teaser to see so many assumptions together...
I wonder (how) you can be so sure BM never responded, came forward or standed up to prove his program was/is legitimate.
Please pm or post links about these successfull cases (not the pending ones).
Please provide the file you apparently got from BNM - who afaik repeatedly told not to reveal any such information...
