    Sami al-Askari: a threat to boycott the elections and the Kurds leverage to increase the electoral seats

    MP Sami al-Askari dismissed from the United Iraqi Alliance "Implementation of the Kurds threatened to boycott the forthcoming elections noting as leverage to increase the electoral seats."

    Trade Minister stresses the merchants pay the dues of suppliers to the ration card

    Al-Hashimi: overturn the law does not mean postponement or delay in the elections

    Iraqi Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi has been set aside in the first article of the electoral law on the allocation of seats for Iraqi expatriates.

    Hashemi said at a news conference Wednesday in Baghdad, said he objected to the first item of the law, approved by Parliament this month, he did not give a voice to Iraqis abroad, noting that amendments to the electoral law takes just one session of the parliament and the veto was the first article of the electoral law.

    Hashemi said that he had sent a letter to the House of Representatives include proposals to amend the election law to redress for the displaced abroad and devoted to multi-party politics, saying he was exercising his constitutional right to accept or veto laws, appealing to the House of Representatives approved amendments to the electoral law to time constraints. He said he hoped to reassure the Iraqi people at home and abroad that does not postpone or delay in the elections.

    Qasim bonded: concerted effort to Election Commission to ease the crisis, the election law

    Iraqi List: threats to the Kurds not to participate in the elections in the escalation of demands

    And described the MP of the Iraqi Kurds, high Nassif threats not to participate in the elections that they came for the escalation in their demands only.

    Nassif said in a statement that the threat of the Kurds not to participate in the elections was due to the lack of statistical law and we demand that the law of parties and Statistics is a companion to the electoral law.

    MP Haydar Abbadi accused of electoral lists to receive Saudi support

    Accused the leader of the Islamic Dawa Party MP Haydar Abbadi some of the electoral lists to receive the support of Saudi Arabia, calling on all political parties to reject the regional interference in internal affairs.

    Memorandum of understanding to increase economic and technical cooperation between Iraq and the United States

    Was signed by the Minister of Finance Baqir Jibrazubaydi and U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Kristofrhil memorandum of understanding on the application of specific protections for U.S. assistance projects in Iraq.

    A statement issued by the Ministry, the signing of the MOU provides relief materials for the assistance of any fees or taxes, according to the Convention on Economic and Technical Cooperation signed between the two countries in 2005 if imported by or on behalf of the Government of the United States or its agencies and departments.

    Zubaidi and that the signing of this memorandum is aimed to promote joint cooperation between Iraq and the United States of America, to promote Iraq's ability to provide essential humanitarian services and for the Iraqi people and to ensure maximum possible benefit to the people of Iraq.

    For his part, new U.S. ambassador to his country's support of the Government of the people of Iraq in all areas .. Indicating that this note will contribute actively to increase economic and technical cooperation between the two countries.

    Ali al-Dabbagh: the Government is seeking to raise the efficiency of the central bank staffs

    Revealed that the reason for the Council of Ministers approved the draft law on the status of training monetary and banking comes to rehabilitation and training of personnel in the Central Bank and national banks.

    He said Iraqi government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said the cabinet's approval of the project is in line with the directives of the Central Bank on the rehabilitation of employees in the banking industry and the development of competencies to keep pace with scientific development and dissemination of Banking theory and practice.

    Dabbagh said the Iraqi Central Bank requested the training of personnel and the revision in the law of the Center for Banking Studies, adding that the council also agreed to review the Law Center and amended to ensure that its monetary policy functions and banking studies.

    Deputy Cowley: Parliament and the government are going to live precarious in the absence of ratification of the election

    Expressed member of the Iraqi Parliament Deputy Balqees Cooley hope for authenticating the presidency of the Council of Representatives to the election law in full.

    Cooley said in a telephone interview with News Agency "We hope that the law is adopted today in order to walk the electoral process properly."

    Cooley noted, "If it is not a final agreement, we will return to the previous law of 2005 and this will be the parliament and government in the development of concern."

    Hashemi: Do not postpone or delay in the elections

    Deputy President of the Republic Tareq al-Hashemi said Wednesday that he set aside the first article in the electoral law on the allocation of seats for Iraqi expatriates.

    Hashemi said at a press conference today in Baghdad, attended by correspondent. He objected to the first item of the law, approved by Parliament this month, he did not give a voice to Iraqis abroad, noting that amendments to the electoral law takes just one session of the parliament and the veto was the first article of the electoral law.

    Hashemi said that he had sent a letter to the House of Representatives include proposals to amend the election law to redress for the displaced abroad and devoted to multi-party politics, stressing that he exercises his constitutional right to accept or veto laws appealed to the House of Representatives for adoption of amendments to the electoral law for the time constraints.

    He added: "I hope to reassure the Iraqi people at home and abroad that does not postpone or delay in the elections."

    On the other hand between the al-Hashemi, "The phenomenon of terrorist groups who wear military uniforms and driving around the state car and security services reappeared with great regret, stressing that what happened was that these groups managed to cross the checkpoint at Abu Ghraib and arrested a group of citizens and e.xecuted them."

    Carried Hashemi Muthanna Brigade, in charge of the protection of Abu Ghraib, and told him responsible for the accident and was waiting for results of official investigations to hold negligent and non-recurring in the future.
