I think we're looking at more of a 4 day time frame. I expect to see it every morning. Hopefully tomorrow.

    Based on Susies info???
Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.

Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

Hang in there everybody, stay positive. There are numerous things going on as we speak...They are dotting their I's and crossing their T's. Believe me I know the anticipation and wait is a killer...but we have come this far, start planning the party... Here is an article I ran across this morning. I used the translate function and you know what this is like so take it for what it is worth. From the article it shows that regionally everybody wants Iraq to succeed. Maybe the Iranians can make a phone call now and tell their share of the insurgents to come home...just a thought.

Hehe...my dear chap Adster Din Ar tell you...?

Its how politics work with nations that are on the threshold of recovery... here is yet another scenario dragging its feet but NOT so by the players involved, so very crucial in any decision making but purely by an overall economic subjective dependency....and Iraq is no exception despite its vast reserves in oil and determination to come through with a clean bill of health....erghhh, it all depends on how the underlying ties develop with Iran as well... there's a conflict of interests here hovering Western vested pursuits shadowing as well...

I'd like to see ThanksGiving being a good compromise by all involved....but what is ThanksGiving with a Muslim nation????....yup...practically zero!

So, it all lies back again with the Western world and USA deciding that Day of everyone's Dinar dream...

Cheers to all the hopefuls and to the RC CARE Group...

Appreciate all of this guys and I'm as positive as the next person and have been for over a year as you can read by my posts but I also know that the Iraqi's never miss the opportunity to miss an opportunity! it's their way. My point is that with their people destitute, poor, inflation rising, Kurdistan ready to accept new foreign investors, major international companies willing to send their workers to Iraq despite security issues, all the debt forgiveness, approval from the World Bank and the IMF, it needs to be done before Ramadan. They leave it too long there will be more insurgencies, their people and foreign investors will lose hope and they'll have bitten the hand that's fed them.

Here's hoping for the next few days.

    neno,

Just a couple days ago I received a FedEx from a law office in New
    York City New York.

It was regarding a press release I did on september 1 where I used
the name of a well known US bank in which I violated the use of
    thier Trademark.

The press release pertained to a USA bank that could "possibly"
exchange your Dinar for you in the USA right now, but I can't say
anything here about them right now.

I made other unauthorized and even untrue claims which gave the
impression that I know this banks policies and plans on a day to
day basis, which I do not.

There is so much positive things going on right know and I believe as many do that Iraq is that "diamond in the rough" the potential is so phenomenal that you just cannot help getting excited about it.

A Saudi oil executive has challenged the idea that supplies are running out, saying that just 18 per cent of the global supply of crude has been tapped.

Abdallah S Jumah, president and CEO of the state-owned Saudi Arabian Oil Company, better known as Aramco, said the world has potentially of 4.5 trillion barrels in reserves - enough to last 140 years at current levels of consumption.

"The world has only consumed about 18 per cent of its conventional potential," Jumah said, rejecting fears that supplies will run out in a few decades.

Experts have estimated that the Earth's recoverable oil resource is between three trillion and more than four trillion barrels. If consumption rises about two per cent a year from today's levels of about 85 million barrels a day, the low end of that range would only be enough to last until 2070.

Rex W Tillerson, the chairman of Exxon Mobil, has said that world demand for oil will increase by 50 per cent in the next decade.

Jumah said new technology and better recovery rates would make it possible to find enough new oil resources to add one trillion barrels to world reserves over the next 25 years.

    Gulf of Mexico find

Drilling is now going on as deep as 10,000 feet below the Gulf of Mexico and between 7,000 and 8,000 feet elsewhere. Experts say a newly discovered petroleum pool beneath the Gulf of Mexico eventually could yield anywhere from three billion to 15 billion barrels.

Industry leaders have gathered in Austria this week for a conference sponsored by the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries.

Earlier this week, the 11-nation group agreed to maintain its current production target of 28 million barrels a day but made clear it would consider a cutting its output before the end of the year if oil prices continue to fall.

Crude prices have fallen to a five-month low, dropping by more than $12 a barrel since record highs in mid-July. Analysts say ample supplies and the easing of political tensions in Lebanon and Iran have driven prices lower.
