You can't possibly get any more official than that, it's the CBI's website (central bank of iraq)
Also this forum is by far the most informed on the web from what I've seen.
These people not only have done their homework but they are truely a beacon of hope for all mankind, hats off to them. After all isn't that what all this is really about, when you look at the Big Picture. It's not just us but the Whole World that needs this to happen, for humanity's sake!

The House of Representatives is due to convene next Sunday Junior Legislative Chapter II, which will continue for four months to discuss the legislation and many of the issues and draft laws.
A source in the briefing to the Council yesterday was supposed to the first meeting of the new chapter Friday, but was postponed to Sunday, the fact that on Friday and Saturday an official holiday as the Parliamentary Service will inform the members of the Council.

HENDAOUI expected that the inflation rate will not reach the high figures to improve with the processing of oil derivatives including benzene, alluding firmly in the relative prices of goods and services. HENDAOUI He pointed out that the monthly inflation rate for the task which totals foodstuffs, rent does not exceed 1.2% and 1.5% respectively, and constitute 75% of the two consumer basket, The clothing, furniture and medical services and medicines have increased at rates of 4.7%, 1.6% and 2% respectively.

This is the Official site. Exchange Rates But Cigarman has found out of two sets of books. So ??? I believe they will still list the Value of the Exchage here still.

Why would anyone want to exchange now? I see why Chase is ready to exchange or even exchanging now as Mike says. I will call them tomorrow. Common sense. Dont let these Banks trick you into exchanging now. They will be Captialising enough.
