Speaking of IIF, there seems to be some interesting dialogue as to wether the article below states that Iraq has succeeded into the WTO or not. What's your take everybody?

No, the article was disclaiming the lop theory for iraq. It also said that it didn't work for Turkey like they had thought it would. It also said that we had a way to go before the value of dinar would raise but he also said it could happen tomorrow(go figure). He also said that a lop would be disallowed by the IMF,World Bank because of their agreements. He also said that they need to finish getting the other countries to right off the debt owed. Pretty much I was messing with you but the article did have some good parts. The one thing I want you all to understand is in another article it stated that Iraq was willing to do an exchange of currency for the debt, now why would they say that if they didn't have plans to reval their currency at a rate to benefit them? I'll give you 2 minutes to answer.LOL

Yes lets wait and see for more news to come because its not clear.
So the end of august and the beg.of september will be very interesting to watch :)

Yayeee! Another RIDDLE! Just kidding...let's see....Transfer the economy to a new stage...very goood...transfer the Iraqi economy to a market economy - globally - Uh-Huh-Yup...looks good to me!

Ding!Ding!Ding! we have a winner in Neno. Your one smart cookie. I don't believe Iraq is quite there yet, but give them another 3 years and they will be. The dinar IMHO is worth .68-.86 right now, but like they say (if G Bush has any say it will be 1:1).

After the last three days of listening to the NPR News allday, I would say G.W. has plenty of say. He was pretty Dam Stern today.

Read this article from Feb 03,2006 and notice that Iraq was already on step 4 of 8 for acceptance into the WTO. Read it tell me if they have already succeeded. Interesting as Mike would say.
