I have been there 100's of times and know what you are saying. If I choose there it would change my arrangements as I would choose the NorthWest are the SouthWestern section of the State. I have been all over and and know to stay out of Denver too. But to be really honest I like futher North in the upper Western States. The Problem I am working out is for the Livestock I will have in the exspensive industry. (Their is always Tennessee and Kentucky). Also as far as Tax Avaition, Not me. I will always look to avoid but never avaid.

So according to this "ph". It seems the dinar exchange to the dollar has resin. you could get 1477NID'S to the $1USD. Now I read it as 1350NID'S to the $1USD. If this is correct then the reval is starting. Please correct me if I am wrong.
