QUESTIONER: My question is on Iraq. The Treasury said yesterday it was likely to come before the Board before the Christmas break. Is that your feeling as well? And how are talks--well, Treasury also said formal negotiations were over and it was just up to Iraqis to approve the 2006 budget. Is that your reading as well?

MR. DAWSON: Basically, we--I think we had already indicated that we hoped--and I will reiterate that we hope to bring the Iraq stand-by agreement to the Fund Board before the end of this month, December, which, because of our schedule, means before Christmas, which I think, therefore, indicates that it's consistent with what Bob Kimmitt said at his briefing yesterday. And that information I've just given you is updated as of this morning, so that is still the state of play.

The new enhanced compensation plan and credit card platform are going live, so the sites all had to be decativated while this changeover was happening and our sites shouls be back up shortly. We all know about patience, right?

Also, the credit card limit wills start with cap of $250.00 per order and for those who are marketers, the autoship aspect is being added to earn commissions monthly. The affiliate aspect for $30.00 will also now allow credit cards. Limit will be raised soon for million dollar orders, but as most of you know, the internet merchant restrictions are getting worse all the time.

As to the commissions, they are now based on 3 X 7 forced matrix, not unilevel as before. This is a good enhancement, plus we get 3% on all direct sales, so this will help those who don't have the cash, they can earn more to add to their dinar portfolio.
