I took a couple of 25K dinar notes in to my local Bank of America branch back in November of last year. I explained what they were and that they were not internationally traded yet. I just wanted to see if they had any info on them. Sure enough they had examples of every single new dinar note in their foreign currency books with descriptions of the security features, etc.. And this was at the teller counter. I did not even have to speak to a manager or customer service rep. They confirmed that they are not allowed to take them yet, but it appeared to me that they are quite ready to go and just waiting for the green light. And this was months ago.

Good point as I have a freind that went and did the same thing. only that he needed to ask for the Manager and got the same response. I on the other have Wachovia and Wells Fargo. And them to with BOA all are just waiting for the GreenLight.

Would like to add that I too bought my dinar's for the long haul. But will admit with the info here made my decission alot sooner to get my family involved. I for one dont have the info that others can get. But have the faith that they may very well be on it. But if not, I know by what I have learnt in this thread by making me do research myself that it will happen. But I am all for now & thanks for all the info.

Funny,

If Bush had half a brain he would have come back with something along the lines, "well, at least Iraq doesn't hijack privately owned oil companies and trumps up charges to lock owner up because he was opposing Pukin politically". He ripped of millions from investors in Yukos, myself included, so I sure wish I was there when he made that low life statement on democracy. LOL
