However Iraq has been given a window to delay that up until October 1 of this year. The negotiations about all of this are happening this month. That made me think about the fact that this information was given to me the last week of February. It seems Mr. Y called another prediction correctly! He was the only one to tell us Al-Maliki would become PM of Iraq BEFORE anyone here or in the world media. Now we are on the verge of hearing the Iraqis plans just in the same month he predicted about 5 months ago. You might want to think about it.
Cigarman, thanks for the update. I really like what your source is saying. July 21 sounds great to me, but actually Adams 20th, and Mike's after the 25th is also. My concern is, and I use that term loosely, is the part of delaying up until Oct. 1. Do you think that is a possibility? I just ordered a 150ft. Yacht and signed a contract 5000sq. ft. ocean front home and my first payment is due before then. What are your thoughts on the delay?

Well Spinedaddy, IMHO they can't wait that long because of 2 things. The iraqi's are suffering and they need for their money to buy more and the Iraqi government needs foreign investments to help rebuild Iraq. It really surprises me that they haven't already announced it. All the pieces are now in place.

there was a post many pages ago that said that they had been given an extension on a deadline for the reval. that deadline was related to some agreemnent with one of the international organizations, IMF maybe. it said that the original deadline was the end of july.. and that the extension was until the first of october. but it seems they may not need the extension.

    Cool Dinar Gang

Most Japanese say PM right to send Iraq troops

    7/14/2006

With their troops in the midst of a withdrawal from Iraq, a poll showed most Japanese now believe Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi was right to send the forces on their riskiest mission since World War Two.

Japan dispatched around 550 troops to the southern Iraqi town of Samawa starting in February 2004 in a show of support for its most important ally, the United States. With their activities limited by Japan's pacifist constitution, they were involved mainly in humanitarian and reconstruction activities.

A poll in the English-language Daily Yomiuri showed 59 percent of respondents believed Japan's government was right to send the troops, up eight percent on a similar poll in April.

The opinion poll result shows a complete turnaround from surveys carried out before the non-combat mission was sent, which showed a majority of Japanese opposed to sending troops.

Japanese soldiers have suffered no casualties during their Iraqi mission.

Defense Agency chief Fukushiro Nukaga is set to visit Kuwait at the weekend to offer encouragement to the soldiers involved in the pullout, which domestic media have said could be complete by the end of July.

Japan's air force plans to step up its transport activities in Iraq when the ground forces depart.

    Talking

This should have happened months ago but Jaafari delayed and delayed things and was a waste of space. My take is that he was paid by the Iranians to delay any type of r/v....

Should also have r/v'd end of May early June and was as good as a done deal but the Iraqi's pulled out last minute for some unknown reason much to Bush's despair.

But now with FI as a done deal, ALL debt forgiven, backing of the World Bank and the IMF they WILL do this within the next 2 weeks. I do believe a lot of the WH big wigs have jumped on board and bought a load of dinar in the last 2 weeks, this is what I'm hearing, a sure sign for definite. Hilary has invested $100k in it is the word on the street!

Am sticking with the 20th pips.
Zubaidi:Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states.

Shabibi:The bank wants as a means to affect the economic and monetary policy by making the dinar a valuable and powerful.

Mike or Adster, all that is going on in Lebanon and Israel, will it have any adverse affect on the dinar? We got a upsetting message from an aquaintance who is a big time investor. I don't know of these things, but US is in a bad situation! Or do you think that they will do nothing? US has always supported Israel.

    Interesting,

I like the idea of a private country, but a floating condo is a bit far fetched, I had given thought to building a home on a barge and put it in the Hudson to avoid crazy property taxes, so who knows, wouldn't mind living on the water, so maybe I will take the conventional route and just purchase that $14M ship I always wanted. LOL

    Good luck to all, Mike
