I agree , thanks- someone posted that whole article here at Rolclub yesterday I believe but I thought it had to be posted in the gazzette to be enacted? WAS IT? Last I saw the gazzette website was still down. I'm still puzzled as to why that post you brought over is being treated as fact-should have been posted in the rumor thread IMO.

Didn't somebody post yesterday or the day before that the $3500 was a MONTHLY payment? The poster was making the argument that at $3500 x 25M population (at current exchange rate), the country would go bankrupt in a matter of months. Am I recalling incorrectly? Why is this article saying ANNUALLY?

you left your notation on the edit of the post as 'enacted, not passed'. if theyve enacted it we are way past the 'passed' stage.

Yes, I know. What I meant was that I had typed in "passed" when I should have typed in "enacted" (meaning past the passed stage).
