Iraq had requested accession to the WTO in October 2004 and the working group was established two years ago, but there was through the two years no chair to start the process.

I wish I was wrong Mike, this really bites it for alot of people who had their hopes up, but I havn't given up hope and neither should anyone else.

It's Iraq for Christmas sake, far richer then we can imagine.

I think the quiet before the storm is now and we'll get what we want when we least expect it and certainly alot larger then 0.66
