Can someone PM me with the value outlook for the Dong. I've looked at the thread but can't seem to find the info I'm looking for.

I know it doen't have the same potential as the Dinar but what IS the potential?

First, thanks for all of the information on the phobe the other day. i suspect that you will have a lot of company concerning the Ding, just like we have around the Dinar. So stay the course and don't let negativedongs get you down. Thanks

The Vietnamese Dong section on the Rolclub page will give you a lot of information. Under "latest news". So, you've already ready to head off in the direction of a "Dongaholic". Myself and many others maybe right behind you. Tahnks

That sounds rough.

I am not sure I would mention getting into the Dong investment if I decide to get some down the road. Everyone around here criticizes everthing. Once this Dinar venture actually materializes then there might be some humble words but surely not before then.

It would seem to me as well as to many others on here that Shabibi is a student of Greenspan. The less is more theory on information to the public. At this point they simply have no other options than to bring their currency to the forex to allow that type of speculation.

As I mentioned earlier this week when the HCL is enacted they MUST have a currency that has real value. Otherwise with the dividends payed to the Iraqi people we are looking at a massive flood of currency into the market place and thereby significantly reducing the level of a revaluation (if there could even be one at that point).

This should be one of the most interesting weeks we have ever had the pleasure of being subjected to.

Decreased demand for the dollar purchase auction in the Central Bank of Iraq today, Sunday, in the opening week, recording 14 million and 830 thousand dollars, compared with 25 million and 570 thousand dollars last Thursday.

The periodical of the Central Bank, and received news agency (Voices of Iraq) independent copy of the statement, that "the orders came by eight million and 820 thousand dollars in cash and six million and 10 thousand dollars in the form of remittances bank has full coverage at the exchange rate of 1422 dinars to 1424 dinars last Thursday."

The bulletin pointed out that "ten banks had offered bids for the sale of the dollar value of $ 1 million bought by the Central Bank fully exchange rate hit 1420 dinars to the dollar."

For his part, Mr. Yasiri, one of the dealers with the bank told (Voices of Iraq) that the meetings coming recovery in the volume of transactions, and that in the event that there were no security emergencies as variables price of the bank and price policy became known to the auction, which offers a more secure area of dealing in the sale and purchase.

What ID program are you using Lunar? The one I'm using has AMASoft Ltd
as the Registrant and they are out of Brook lane North, bentford London.

If you go the the webpage iraqigovernment.org and click properties it looks like they modified the site today. So its not a glitch in the system..it was purposely done for some reason.

Oil official : the completion of the memorial standards on export pipeline soon

Director of the South Oil Company today, Sunday, that the process set standards for export pipeline will be finalized soon.
The Jabbar Allaibi News Agency (Voices of Iraq) Independent today that "the process set standards on the export pipeline will be completed by the end of March next."

He pointed out that "some of the old standards have been re-qualify with new standards are set according to the latest technologies."
He added that "cadres of the South Oil Company works tirelessly to raise the current production ceiling," he said, pointing out that will be announced on what was achieved in this regard in due course. "
The latest statistics indicate that the oil-producing south of the two million, fifty thousand barrels a day.

The issue of the failure to adopt measures in order to measure quantities of oil exported abroad and the adoption of the Alfan of the issues raised many challenges for the oil export operations.
