Chase on FM1960/HW290 has been selling without the requirement to have an account with them. Now, having an account would save you the $5 transaction fee. But, it is not required.

I figure that for those that would like to really see their money, just get a half million in singles, $1.00 USD notes, use that to wall paper your entire inside of your house, average 3,000 square feet or so, if you have extra; just start to your ceiling! Weight of a half million new bills, estimated 1,000 pounds!
