Hi Everyone,

My take on events is that maybe the elections going the way they did is a good thing it may get the Iraq Government moving. I also do not see that they have time to wait on this everyday they wait they lose money. I really believe that they have to RV before the Compact. The Compact is the beginning of their rebuild of Iraq. I think the only thing holding things up is the HCL I was thinking that they may of passed it already but maybe not or they just plan on REVEALING EVERYTHING TOMORROW. As that is supposed to be the last day of enacting the FIL unless they conveniently change that but if it is Law they would not be able just to change it.

I mean how much longer can they really delay the inevitable. They have Saudis lining up around Iraq like they great wall of China and behind them they have all the other Country's. Let get a move on. Maybe they wanted to wait for the elections to be over so it does not look like one giant plan. Bush is happy and all of the Republicans because all the money they are going to make maybe they will retire from politics.

I think the US and Iraq know that now it will be the big business that takes the lead on Iraq keeping them financially stable. Bush has already said that the US will not pull out of Iraq until 2010 and he still has the ability to Vito.

JUST MY OPINION!!!!

So yes, they are buying dollars with dinars. I believe the circulation the headline mentions is dinar, the highest amount of dinar in circulation. I would like to see the reverse right before an rv...reduce the number of dinar in circulation...at this point, I'm just watching and waiting....by the way, what's up with the stipends? someone said moday the 7th, and now it's pushed back to sunday the 12th? no surprise--just wondering what's the latest word.

If you are saying that the CBI is selling dinar to the other banks that is wrong. The 3,000,000 the last two days is them selling dinar to the other banks but 109,000,000 & 97,000,000 is the CBI getting dinar back from the banks with dollars, that's why they are called "dollar auctions".
