QUESTION
Does anyone have a checking device at home to see if the bills are authentic?
would appreciate any confirmation and the dealers it came from
I.e. safedinar, freedinar etc....
I do not want to get excite only to find out at the end that the notes are not genuine.

Just get a black-light. Shine it on the bills and there should be a rectangle that glows showing the bill's denomination in Arabic (on the Arabic-side of the bill). You can't see this at all in normal lighting.

The timeframe that was talked about was between May 28th and June 1st. So we are still within the timeframe, so la la la, here we wait.

Well I had NO LUCK finding a black light...Home Depot, Sears, Party City (big Halloween Store) Lowe's, even tried Walmart! I have found that if you hold the note and tip it slowly, you can see the rectange, it just isn't glowing...so that is what I'm going on right now...tried under a UV florescent light, but it just made the white glow. I am thinking that the dealers that I bought from have checked before shipping them...I know for a fact 2 have as I have spoke to them.

I don't know if you have a "Spencers" in your town; they usually have black-lights. Also, if you don't mind going into one, the shops catering to incense, posters, "pipes"-"papers", and similar "paraphenalia" tend to have black-lights...LOL!

I was just wondering, if you bought any amount of dinars and the value right now is 1476nid's to 1 usd today and say they dont peg by the time you are going broke. You shound be able to exchange them again for what ever the exchange is at that moment right. "EXAMPLE"

100,000nid's you bought by for $100.00usd today should be worth something like $70.00usd when you recieve them right? Just a thought.

Good choice EW... Spencers is a good choice ( where we bought ours for decorations) or any glass pip shop. If they dont have it, the "DUDE" behind the counter will know where to point you. hehe
