If I remember correctly they HAD to have there Exchange rate at 1345 BY the 4th Quarter, it's in there IMF agreement why stick to it until know. WHY haven't they moved to 1345??? or maybe there waiting for something else to happen plus there was a post a few days ago from the imf saying they weren't keeping up with there part in some areas???

1345 is a joke. It won't provide any purchasing power for their citizens, it won't make imports any cheaper and it will encourage more speculation. Iraq is smart not to RV to this number and leap frog it to where it should be: $1.48 to $2.00!

LOL! Yeah Clint, I can't wait for more convoluted reasons why it will go to 1345 and then slowly climb to .01.

The point isn't the amount the point is IT DIDN'T HAPPENand it is in there IMF agreement. Which they have been so good to do everything by THERE (IMF) RULES. Yes 1345 isn't going to help them at all, but this agreement was put in place before there inflation was up 70%, and yes they need to go higher than the dollar, pound, and Euro. to not get bought for pennies.
