The reason why it hasn't revaled is because they were required to prove their ability to control wide fluctuations in the exchange rate, and implement prudent monetary policy for a period of 3 years. The NID was introduced by the Coalition Provisional Authority on Oct 15, 2003. Guess what ends this Sunday, Oct 15, 2006...the 3 year "control" period! I've searched, spoken to people, and never heard of this in my 15 months in this investment.....So for me it gets the BS flag! Anyone has a link please bring it on...

Well the truth to the matter, that I have read. Is that the IMF recommended that Iraq maintain the current exchange rate until March 2007!!!!!!!!!
