- If your source is referring to the stolen NID: How sure is your source that the NID were stolen by terrorists and not just by local Iraqi thugs and thieves? How can your source know that most of the stolen NID were the high denoms and not lower denoms?

- Lastly, let's take for granted that your source is right on and Iraq takes the high denoms out of circulation. What could that prevent the terrorists from exchanging the NID they have for whatever new denoms Iraq issues?
