the isx can open at anytime he said its meant to open tomorrow (monday) but anything can hold it back..the country is happy to trade and they dont need the hcl law to start isx or rv the hcl is only a law for the iraqis share of wealth and export to other countries even though monday the first boat leaves for eur and china is also receiving a boat this week its all down to isx opening guys

No, it only means the denoms will be taken out of cirulation 2 months after the RV (if this is correct), you can still exchange them after 2 months, so no worries

Thats true BUT,this info was released a few weeks ago I Think. And it stated it would probably be 60 day's or less. Based on the source, it seemed to be the most accurate info. to date.

Definitely a typo! I haven't seen or heard of a 15$ or a £15 note so it's unlikely there is a 15k note...

i assume that he meant we will have our reval, the second the ISX opens to foreign investors? and from what ive read that could be ,around 45ish days away? anyone have a take on this? someone with a clearer understanding of all things related with this?.
