As far as that article about issuing new currency. I think that until we a real 2nd & 3rd opinion. Of the REAL translation, we must set that one aside as not seeing a positive. However this pension law might be the key that let's the Genie out of the bottle!

theres only one correct condition for true wooting in this arena... which pertains directly to rapidly inflated bank accounts with my name on them....
