Look CD, all I did was copy and paste what was in the news and paste the link as well. I think that it was an inside job. As the Iraqi's know they are about to past the BIG laws real soon and they're about to RV this. So that is why on my opinion I think it's an inside job.

For those that may not be aware, my " boots" are providing security for the Iraqi Gov't personel. Only non speaking Arabic personnel are allowed to do this detail. Thats why they cannot provide exacte info, they only know little arabic. There info has in fact been bang on. Several members can verify this. boy do I hope this is good.

EU holds International Compact for Iraq

(MENAFN) An official at the European Union (EU) said that the union has recently begun the International Compact for Iraq which aims to help improve the current the circumstances in Iraq, Iraq Directory reported.

He further went on to say that the EU vowed assistance in the execution of a global plan which will help strengthen Iraq's economy by the offering substantial aid in return for a guaranteed unity in Iraq within the next five years.

The International Compact for Iraq is promoting debt reduction for Iraq and aid packages though it also urges Iraq to make greater efforts to put an end to the countries sectarian violence and aim for a stable region.
