specific page comes up blank everytime while main homepage (uruklink.net)is up but in arabic....Is actual law page down or is it my system??? Could someone check and report back???

I agree....some progress must have been made. If it were still under discussion I don't believe it would be posted....least not with a current date.

With the top link I get the Iraq eagle emblem on a blank background but the bottom link opens fine.

i hate to jump the gun but thats the site rvalreadydang always checks for laws being passed since www.uruklink.net/iqlaw has been on and off again down. it is still down.
it appears to me that whatever law is in arabic in that pdf has been passed on the 22nd.
